I dropped off a fedex or ups package here by mistake and figured it was gone forever once I realized what happened. 3-4 weeks later it arrived in my mailbox. I was very grateful

Its ontario ny local office and they do exactly what you might think. People are friendly and professional and I love that it's down the street.

Mail from Ontario and their neighbor town Walworth is sorted here. I believe their pickup times are 12 and 5pm from their dropboxes. Their service is fair. They do make mistakes from time to time. You can't beat the price though. I believe this facility was built in the 80s is my recall.

You need to scan packages! I have had bills be late because you take 2-3 days to scan items from the collection boxes outside. Disgusting. Im complaining to usps Im old I have nothing better to do.

Carrier didn't pick up mail for 3 weeks and never delivered important tax bills

Package was lost, postmaster is rude and insulting. Avoid this post office at all costs. Will be shipping with private shippers to avoid giving them any further business.
