Laronzo was the best most helpful and so knowledgeable about my tablet and phone also so kind and patient with me answering all my questions----I had a lot of questions. Verizon should be proud and lucky to have such a great representative in there wonderful organization. Thank you so much.

I came in for a new phone. Ethan helped me and was amazing! My finger print scanner didn't work so he took the time to make sure it worked for me before I left the store. Definitely recommend. Ethan is fabulous and deserves a raise!

Twice now I've had a problem with my phone... Ethan fixed my phone and today Tyree helped me today both men are wonderful and patient and helpful...they have great products and promotions. They are the Verizon store to go they are located in Top's plaza in Ontario NY

Kayla was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted to do for the upgrade. She gave us detailed information about all our options without pushing. She answered all of our questions which made our decision easy. The phone set up and tutorial were done expertly and thoroughly. Would definitely go back to her for other upgrades in the future.

I was welcomed to the store as soon as Santasia saw me walk in. I was very pleased with her calm and pleasant demeanor asking immediately how she could help. She held a high level of regard for my anxiousness regarding my phone not charging and needing one to work promptly for my business. She assisted me very efficiently and confidently in getting my new apple phone as well the content off my old phone. Her patient, caring, and kind self will always be remembered. Rhonda was very personable, energetic and knowledgeable! We were particularly Impressed with how she worked with the elderly couple ahead of us. She was very patient and caring, helping to make sure they understood how to operate their phone. Great job!

By far one of the best customer experiences I've had! I went in for a few chargers for my phone and was greeted right away by Ronda, she was very helpful and engaged with helping me find what I needed. Absolutely wonderful experience! Rhonda and Ethan were knowledgeable, accommodating, and super friendly! Ethan made sure that everything was transferred over from my old phone so that I wouldn't lose any precious pictures of my son and took the time to make sure I had all of the accessories I needed, as well as the best deal for my money. The sales girl (I believe her name was Sierra) that helped us today was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. When we had a couple questions she wasn't sure of she immediately called a help desk to get the answers. She was very polite and respectful and a delight to work with. My son got his first phone today and he is very happy with it.

Ronda is the most professional and helpful person I have met in the cellular industry. She fixed my problem in minutes and was so kind and gracious. I highly recommend her and this store for you cellular needs. Promote that young woman, she is amazing!

I was in a jam when my phone fell and shattered. I needed a new one ASAP and the employees at this store could not have been more helpful. Even though it was 5 mins before closing, they seriously bent over backwards to help me out. I was so appreciative. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Needed to replace a broken phone and Ethan was fantastic!!! He was able to find me a new one and get everything transferred from my old phone. It was nice talk to a real person who was very knowledgable and not having to deal with an automated system.

I would strongly recommend purchasing your new Samsung Or Apple cellular phone and Verizon services from Santasia(San) At Russell cellular in Ontario, New York. She provided amazing customer service. She was very knowledgeable of the new Samsung cell phones and was able to guide me in picking out the best phone(Samsung S21 plus) to meet my needs. She was extremely patient and kind in answering all of my questions regarding my old phone (Samsung S4) And had the ability to transfer all of my information including contacts, emails, text messages and especially all of my pictures. She was very patient helping me set up the applications on the front page of my new cell phone and in helping me to set up the settings on my new phone. She patiently answered all of my questions on how to efficiently use my new phone. San's goal was to make sure that I had a great customer experience and I definitely did. I delayed purchasing a new cell phone the last several years because I was very nervous and embarrassed about understanding the technology of the new phones and did not want to lose any of my information especially the pictures from my old cell phone. San did such a great job in making my purchase of a new cell phone a great experience.

Prior to going to Russell cellular I originally went to the Verizon store in Eastview Mall in Victor, New York. The customer service representative that waited on me did not have a good working knowledge of the Samsung products as compared to my old cell phone and was not helpful in guiding me on what cell phone to purchase. He also wasn't confident that they would transfer all of the information from my old cell phone to a new cell phone. We thanked him for his time and walked out nervous about what to do next.

My friend Barbara recently told me that she had bought a new cellular phone from Russell Cellular in Ontario, New York and had an excellent experience. She gave me the telephone number and the names of Rhonda and Ethan that she worked with in getting her new phone. She said they were wonderful! I called Russell cellular near their closing time and talked with Ronda. I explained my situation in wanting to buy a new Samsung cell phone but needed help in picking out the right cell phone and making sure that all of my information transferred. Rhonda was very reassuring and immediately demonstrated her knowledge of the new Samsung cell phones and provided me assurance that they could transfer all of my information. Rhonda wasn't scheduled to work the next day so she helped to set up the appointment with San. It was the best decision that I made in going to Russell cellular in Ontario, New York even though it was a 40 minute drive versus a 10 minute drive to Eastview Mall in Victor, New York.

I would strongly recommend going to Russell cellular to purchase your new cell phone and get outstanding customer service from San, Rhonda or Ethan. It will make buying a new cellphone a great experience!
