My twenty-month old fell, and we were trying to decide what option was best to pursue first. I called the office, and Dr Mike returned my call. He had us come in even though it was a few minutes till closing time and stayed late to do an x-ray and a quick exam, charging us only thirty dollars for the imaging. He also worked us in that same afternoon for a full adjustment for her. And he stayed in contact for a full week to make sure she was okay. With two children, we tend to have spur-of-the-moment needs, and they always work us in the same or next business day. Bethany, the receptionist, is always happy to see you too. You won’t be a number here! Highly recommend.

Dr. Mike offers a refreshing approach to chiropractic care. I have been to many chiropractors in my lifetime and have come to expect the same treatment...which eventually helped my back, but with a lot of muscular pain. Dr. Mike takes a look at the big picture and then breaks it down into increments to adjust my back over time. I have also appreciated the information he shared about improving my nutrition to help me be healthier. The office is relaxing yet up to date technology-wise. I couldn't recommend Dr. Mike more highly for chiropractic care!!

I called the office as a new patient with a unique situation - I had hurt my back a few weeks before moving out of the area. Dr. Mike wasn't phased by working with me, even knowing it would only be for a short time. The place was immediately welcoming and warm, with Bethany greeting everyone with a smile. My name was on a welcome board and everything. Dr. Mike is clearly extremely knowledgeable. His office's ability to take x-rays in house was very convenient, and the results helped him explain my issues and some of the potential care. Dr. Mike is professional but friendly, and is going to help me continue my care in my new location by providing me with the x-rays and information we've discussed. I so appreciate his assistance and wish I would have found him sooner.

Dr. Mike has become our family chiropractor and I'm so glad we found him! I'm in my 30s and I had been struggling with pain in my arm for about 2 years. He diagnosed the issue in my first visit. Within just a few months, the pain was gone and I had regained full mobility! His practice is effective but also very calming. He's a Dr who very clearly cares for his patients and who takes the time to know each one of us. He always greets me by name when I come in! His care and concern have reminded me that there are still some doctors out there who truly care.

Besides the skills that Dr. Mike and Bethany have, which is phenomenal, I was very surprised by the size of the office. There is plenty of room for big families and then some. There is a great section for kids as well to play with toys if ever needed. The location is also in a very safe area. The list just goes on.

Dr. Mike has exceptional care. After I had a baby, I continued care not only for me but my baby as well. Treats you with the upmost respect and talks you through everything and tells you what he’s looking for in your baby. Could not recommend enough! I recently moved and wished I could move his chiropractor care with me! Happy healthy life is the best life!

I was very surprised and impressed. I have never been to a chiropractor before and after meeting Dr. Mike it has given me a new view. He is amazing and full of information.
I am glad I found the offer for the free pillow and received one. I am going setup an appointment soon with hopes to relieve my stiff neck and gain mobility. I have been using the pillow for only 2 nights, and when I get up in the morning I have felt let I got a more restful sleep. Also my neck hasn't been as sore.

The office was clean, modern, and relaxing. I used my new neck pillow as soon as I got home. I laid on my side with it while watching TV and when I sat up I couldn't believe I had no neck pain whatsoever! It felt like I had just received a massage! I highly recommend the pillow and will definitely be calling Dr. Mike for an appointment. The staff and Dr. Mike were very professional and kind. I have worked with Dr. Mike for some time and I am so grateful for all his expertise and experience! While working in a stressful school district, Dr. Mike took great care of my neck and shoulders to help my body keep upper mobility and me free from headaches and migraines. I went to Dr. Mike with back pain and I was having a hard time walking. I wasn't sure what was wrong. It did not take him long to find my problem. Dr Mike explained to me about my bad back and what it would take to get it fixed. Today I'm like a new person without any pain, and feel amazing. I met Dr Mike today and claimed my free pillow! I'm using the pillow as a lumbar. So comforting on my back☺. Dr Mike greeted me with quite a welcome. Talked about the pain I was having, he took the time to listen and take notes even tho there were a few other patients there to see him. They all got first name greetings. I'm excited to go for my consultation to set up a schedule w managing my pain.

Went to Dr. Mike with 3 bulging disc’s and a surgeon who wanted to do surgery. I was in so much pain I could not sit for more than 5 minutes if that. I could only lay flat or stand. I have had back surgery in the past I’m only 42 and have 2 little kids at home to tend to. Dr. Mike said he could help me I just needed to be patient. Today, approximately 3.5 months later it was the best decision I made. I can sit, drive a car comfortably and wake up with no pain. I will continue to go to Dr. Mike and am beyond happy with my results and extremely happy I did not choose to have back surgery and went the chiropractic care route.

This chiropractic office is wonderful! The staff are very friendly and personable, and the atmosphere of the office itself is very open and easy going. I started here for shoulder pain, and not only have I gotten relief from that, my posture is getting better and I feel more energy through out the day as well. Dr. Mike is very proficient at explaining the benefits of your adjustments, in a "user friendly" way, so you understand whats happened. Its incredible how getting the correct adjustments enhance all areas of wellness. Lots of Kudos to FLFCW!

Dr. Mike is great. He explains your issue and what he will do and what you can do to help yourself. It is a very friendly and comfortable office where you will feel like an old friend in no time. His work was so great that I felt wonderful in no time. Wish I hadn't waited so long in pain before I reached out for help. My therapy is over but I am keeping Dr. Mike's number on speed dial just in case.

To-date...the neck pillow has been amazing!...It has provided great comfort when used for additional pillow support when sleeping...& has served as great lumbar support when used with my desk chair at work! It was a pleasure to meet with you, Dr. Mike, & I thank you for providing this generous outreach opportunity!...

Dr. Mike is a very knowledgeable and competent practitioner. I really appreciate the focus on overall health and not just making an ache disappear without trying to address the cause. My back is feeling so much better that to me it feels miraculous. I have more energy and feel taller and more open. I had a frozen shoulder years ago and had lingering pain and tightness that I thought would never go away, and that is now gone and I have total range of motion in that shoulder. I am thrilled and grateful. The customer service is outstanding, great support staff, and lots of little extra touches that make a patient feel truly cared for. Have not experienced this level of service in my healthcare dealings in many years. Highly recommended.

Since I've had my pillow I've forgotten that it's there, it's that comfortable and it relaxes and eases some of my stress points!!! As for visit to the practice, the staff was very courteous and professional and the office, waiting area was spacious and very clean!! This is how a practice should be at all times! Great job to Dr. Mike and his staff!!

Finger Lakes Family Chiropractic was offering free neck pillows to test and review. Upon going to my appt the office was clean and decorated nicely. Dr.Mike was Kind and Courteous. He went over what I was trying to relieve with the pillow along with if I decided to he could help.
