I had a great experience with Mattress By Appointment- Geneva with Jeb. I felt that he was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. It was a quick and easy process and I came home with my new bed that same day. I would highly recommend giving him a call and setting up an appointment if you’re in need of a new mattress!

Had an appointment and was pleased with the mattress selection and accessories. Checked on firmness and made a selection. I did not need anything else. Discussed pricing and finalized sale details. Delivered within 2 hours but am stuck with getting rid of my old mattress. Very satisfied with selection choices and pricing differences. Got a very good nights sleep for the first night on new mattress.

Very quick and smooth process from start to finish. Upon arrival did a credit check and was approved. Then a trip to the back room for mattress options. There were approximately 6 different models to choose from. They explained the differences between them as I laid on each one. Made my choice and back to the office. Within about 10 minutes we were loading up the truck with my new bed. The process was great and I am beyond happy that I went there vs trying to find something on Facebook Marketplace. I would highly recommend their service!

When Jeb greeted me I knew he was going to be a "no bull" salesman. He graciously showed me exactly what I asked for. He was not pushy at all. He set me up with an awesome bed and base. We went thru the payment options and I left as a very happy new bed owner. I can't wait to finally have a good night's rest. I look forward to many years with restful Z's. THANK YOU JEB!

Getting appointment was very easy I had to reschedule a few times but he worked with me. He has great service we met. We got the mattress and we was able to take it home same day thank you so much
