This is our second trip to LCA to get treated and rechecked for lice. Kylie was very helpful and very informative on lice treatment and aftercare. She was also great with our young kids. The fact that Kylie was willing to stay after she was already cleaning up to go home was wonderful. Great customer service ❤

Growing up I’ve had it many times during school and we always resorted to boxed treatments. Hopefully we wont have to come back but will definitely return 😊

We had a great experience with the Waukesha location. Theresa was very friendly and talkative which helped the time go faster. And she was great with the kids. It’s such a relief to know the treatment is so effective and guaranteed in case they come back. I wish I would’ve done this right away instead of trying all the weak otc products.

The scheduling system on the phone isn't the greatest, as we found out at our appointment that they double booked it with another family. However, the service that my family and I received was phenomenal. I'm so happy that we came in instead of my trying to do this at home myself. Shilla was absolutely amazing and very informative to help educate me. Hopefully we won't need to go through this situation again, but if it happens, I would definitely go back to them again.

This place is outstanding! My son has autism and Shilla was so good with him. She knew just what to do to get him through the treatment process without a meltdown. Shilla is both kind and knowledgeable! She was great with my 7 year old also We have been here for two separate lice outbreaks and will continue to go back if we happen to get lice again. It's so awesome to leave lice-free!!! Highly recommend this place!

Shilla was amazing. She was very personable, kind, and throughly looked !!They got us in right away! So glad they have a place like this and they offer hair insurance! Its saved us so many times! They dont make us feel yucky especially that how you feel when you learn you have lice. Good products too!

We were able to get in asap because the employees are amazing. Shilla at the Waukesha location went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and taken care of. Getting lice in the household is really unsettling, but Shilla not only treated us with respect but was empathetic and helpful. She taught us how to treat our homes to avoid reinfection. The head treatment is quick and easy via the blow dryer and then an additional oil treatment is given. Family members that are checked and lice free get an oil treatment to be protected at home while you clean. I would highly recommend the Waukesha location, in particular, Shilla, to anyone going through this process.

Don't bother with at home box treatments, this is the best and easy way to get lice removed without worrying if you missed one or two hiding in the hair. Polite and friendly staff. We were given great after care directions. She was happy to check my other daughter to make sure she was nit free. The cost is justified with the service. Highly recommend!!

Worth every penny! My daughter had lice and I panicked. Did a treatment at home and didnt work. I called this place and was able to get in the very next day. Kara is awesome! She was so kind and respectful to our whole family of six. She eased all the fears and answered all our questions. She took great care of my kids and myself. I could not have handled what seemed so overwhelming at home without coming to see her. She also clued is in to new Teacher Promotion! Teachers get checked and treated for free as many times as needed! Such a great program for teachers!

Kara at the treatment center was awesome. She answered all the questions I had and made the whole process easy. My daughter-in-law referred me to this clinic and I'm glad I listened to her. Andrea and her team are amazing! They've come to our rescue more than once. They are accommodating, professional and very friendly. The treatment itself works miracles...as a mom, it gives me such piece of mind to know that we are leaving the clinic lice free! I highly recommend this service to those in need...don't waste your time and money trying self treatment products at home because you'll likely end up here anyways!

Excellent service-For a first time parent, dealing with this, the staff was extremely helpful and reassuring. When I initially called, Andrea was so calming and sweet which helped calm my nerves. We did the family recheck and only my daughter had it. We came back two weeks later and we were lice free! Totally worth the money!

I started to get anxiety thinking about all the products I’d have to pick up from the store, all the concoctions I’d have to put together, how many hours I’d have to spend over a span of how many weeks to nitpick at strands of hair and make sure that we got Every. Last. One. Out!
(I think I understand now where the word “nitpick” originated from!)
Honestly, I give kudos to every parent that has conquered this challenge without the help of a professional --- I just knew I couldn’t do it and needed help ASAP. I wasn’t even 100% sure there was lice to begin with, so our main goal of going to Lice Clinics of America was just to do head checks to see if there was a problem. $10 a head was a price I was willing to pay to be certain.

Once it was determined that my daughter for sure had lice, I paid for the treatment for her which is a 100% guarantee of walking out of the clinic lice & nit free!
