Every experience I have had at this location has been wonderful. The pharmacy staff has always been extremely helpful and accommodating. There might be times that I have to wait, but this location can be busy and/or they are short handed. I am normally only here for the pharmacy, but once I had to return an item and the employee was super helpful and made the return easy.

I had a complicated drug interaction question and the pharmacist on duty helped me quickly and courteously. Much appreciated!

My prescription was denied at Walgreens the girl at the counter was rude. So I called CVS Pewaukee the Pharmacist answered the phone and I gave her all my information. She said I will call over to Walgreens and have the script transferred over. I'll call you back w,a status. An hour later she called me back to let me know she had me all set it would ready in 15 min to pickup and the best part it was covered by insurance and it only cost $4 00. CVS has gained a loyal customer.

I had a friend visit from another state. This person was 75 years old. Upon unpacking, they discovered that they had not packed their diabetic syringes. They panicked. This was 8 o'clock at night. We went to CVS on Silvernail and explained the situation to the Pharmacist. They were very gracious and understanding, and gave our visitor some syringes to get them thru the night so that we could get the situation sorted the next day. They refused to let us pay for the syringes. That is the kind of care and consideration that has long since disappeared. Do you think we are a loyal customers now?

For you people writing negative reviews - get a life. These people deal with sick, and often nasty customers all day every day - and you were probably one of them. In customer service, you can only be pleasant so long while people take their frustrations out on you and treat you as if you are a punching bag. They are human beings, treat them like you'd like to be treated. Everybody has bad days. Even you.

Just switched from walgreens and was such a smooth transaction,they transfered all my records over night and up dated my prescriptions. Awesome customer service.

I usually have very smooth interactions with the pharmacy staff. Whenever my scrip hasn't been ready it's usually because the doc's office hasn't sent it over yet. Flu shots here are a breeze and the lead pharmacist administers it with no pain.

All of the gals here are so friendly and accommodating . They always send me texts when I have an RX ready. They are always cheerful, even though they may be so busy. I recommend this pharmacy.

This CVS is larger than the location by my house. They always seem to have what I'm looking for when my location runs out. Store is always clean and employees are friendly.

I can't speak to previous reviews, but I did have to move to CVS with an insurance change and they have done great both times I had to use them

I don’t understand the negative reviews, they are much better than any pharmacy out here.

The gorgeous pharmacist was way too legit, we exchanged high fives. Enough said.

Speedy service

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have had to deal with in ten years. Countless errors, ongoing confusion with monthly medications, doesn't follow-up if your med is on hold for some reason... if you have any stress related illness I strongly suggest you don't use this pharmacy

UPDATE 3/20 -- after trying another location for a few months my dr. accidentally sent my scripts to this location. I was pleasantly surprised with the behavior in all the pharmacy staff. Very accommodating, pleasant, accurate medication dispensing, and willing to go the extra mile to help you. I did noticed the same staff was there except for one. 🤔

The slowest operating pharmacy i think I've ever experienced. Drive thru is the worst. One trip through it will easily take you 20 minutes, every time and that's before one lane has been reserved for covid 19 testing. Other than that its been pleasant

Sunday Hours are wrong. CVS in Pewaukee doesn't open until 10 a.m on Sunday.

Fri 8am - 10pm
Sat 8am - 6pm
Sun 10am - 5pm

Clueless, been there the last 3 times and it is a ordeal.
