When I go there I buy wine or liquor, unless it’s Christmas, then I go wild and bring home both kinds of expensive quaffable libations to imbibe.

The most enjoyable part of any visit to Palmieri Wines is eavesdropping on the middle aged men standing around the tasting barrel whilst they verbally spar with each other about their extensive knowledge of the wine industry. I often pretend to be enthralled by the label on the back of a good Pinot Noir, but really I’m rooting for the next take down of someone’s favorite wine or cheering on my chosen team as they tell how they visited a vineyard in your favorite region … years before you did… or trying not to laugh as they sigh and wistfully reminisce about your go to wine … but a better vintage. Go prepared for battle.

Love this place! Great selection of both conventional and natural wines. Nick is an excellent sommelier and will help you find something that suits your taste.

Good folks doing a good job at decent prices. There's always a nice surprise find there, and if you cant fine one, just ask. Theyre happy to help.

The gentleman I always see at the store is always courteous, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are affordable which is a plus on top of great customer service.

Palmieri is a great family-owned business in Nyack that carries a great variety of wine, champagne, and spirits. Highly recommended!
