New Windsor Pediatrics and Family Care

We have had such a positive experience since coming to New Windsor Pediatrics. All the staff are incredibly kind to our son, and Dr. Thind has been so thorough and always answers our questions. We have no problem getting appointments. My husband and I both decided to switch to this practice too, since they see adults. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have been bringing my daughter here since she was an infant. Today, she woke up with a stomach bug, throwing up and couldn’t keep any food down. I rushed her there and they took her in almost instantly. Proscribed her medicine that literally saved the day. Doctor Mary is always so nice and beyond caring. We usually see her or Jocelyn who is also amazing with my daughter.

Dr. Jameer is amazing. I would describe his sessions as calming, soothing, articulated. He Knowledgeable, consistently helps me to Focus on the problem at hand whilst he skillfully pulls out why and how to deal with the after affects that have been hindering me. He brilliantly does not tell you what to do or how to feel. He is teaches me to focus on facing, understanding, forgiving, and most importantly forgiving myself. Whether the issue is a who, what, where, how or why….because of Dr. Jameer I can calm my mind myself to tackle the issue at hand. He is an AMAZING young man. I am blessed to have him.

I have been going here for myself since birth and now 23 years later, I bring my daughter here. I love both locations and Mary Kate! I never get the nurses name but we always get the same nurse at both locations & we love her too!!

Excellent Pediatrician and Adult care all in one place. Can always get us in same day. All the doctors and staff are amazing! Couldn't ask for a better place for my kids and self! Thank you Dr. Ariel for a wonderful practice!

Their receptionist ladies are always kind and professional. Was able to get appt right away at the same day when needed. The Nurse and doctor are kind and always put my kids at ease. We have been going to new windsor pediatric for a few years now.

I’ve consistently had a wonderful experience at this practice. The front desk is always quick to answer the phone and are kind and eager to help. Dr. Ariel is one of the most patient and kind doctor’s I’ve had. I have a chronic illness not many have heard of, but Dr. Ariel is knowledgeable about. I’m so fortunate to be in his care and highly recommend him and this office to everyone.

Brought my newborn here because I was sick of crystal run and their shananigans. My baby boy has had rsv and covid in his short 2 months on this earth. I can’t say anything bad about Dr Shapiro. She has been nothing but nice and attentive. She was even concerned about my postpartum depression and anxiety. Thank you all for being the best. And nurse Tiffany is absolutely amazing!!!

My children and I all see Dr. Ariel and could not be happier with the care we recieve. He is personable, kind and takes his time to hear your concerns. He is thorough, yet does not rush to prescribe medicine if it isn't necessary. My kids range in age from infant to teen and they all love seeing Dr. Ariel. We have seen other providers in this office for sick visits when needed and recieved good care from them as well, but I love that we can have 1 doctor who knows the whole family.
Also, all of the office staff are professional and courteous when speaking in person or scheduling an appointment on the phone.

RN Dennis and MD Ariel did their best to really get to know me as their patient. They gain my trust and respect. For me, the best doctors are the ones who do listen, they don't assume they have all the answers nor ignore what the patient has to say even if they don't agree. Because every visit can be a teachable moment. I am very satisfied in my first visit as a new patient.

The staff at New Windsor Pediatrics are courteous and friendly. The Dr treats you like a patient, not a number. I would recommend family and friends.

Brought my daughter in for her newborn visit I’m a new first time mom everyone in the office made me feel so much better about my new mom anxiety’s and they got me in super fast and gave me a my husband a full bag of formula to try !

I started seeing Dr.Ariel in March and he's awesome! Great bedside manner and he listens, not just walks in and out. I feel like a patient not a dollar sign. I also have to say his front desk staff is very attentive and polite. That's hard to find these days. Plus side there's also pediatric doctors in the office and eye doctor. Lab Corp right next door. Everything your family needs in one place! I strongly recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly, very professional, and they are very good with children. All of my experiences have been pleasant. My children 12 and 6 have both been going there since They were born … Great office

I've been seeing Dr., Ariel the past 3 months since my Dr. Passed away unexpectedly in October 2023.
I'm very pleased with Dr. Ariel & His services, I am hoping we develop a long lasting Dr., patient relationship.

Fast, and extremely polite all of the employees and doctors. My daughter and i was very comfortable for her first visit. Excellent!!!

I called and they gave me appointment right away. No wait time, saw the doctor and the staff was patient and so welcoming. I definitely will recommend this place to everyone i know.

I have been bringing my children here for 16 years now. They are an easy going office. They have great office hours and will fit you in same day if you have a sick child most of the time. The nursing staff and assistants are the best. I have a teen who has anxiety attacks when ever he gets a finger prick or vaccine. The staff is always super patient with him and never makes him feel embarrassed or ashamed. The doctors work with the parents. They make recommendations for your children’s health but never force anything. They provide health information so you as a parent can make an informed decision. The building is clean and the wait time for your appointment is short. It’s very important to have short wait times for appointments with children. They start to get nervous the more they wait. This office gets you in and out and that is a huge benefit for the children as well as the parents. I’m looking forward to my first appointment with Dr. Pedoeem early next month. Update: Had to make an unexpected flu shot appointment for my child that’s in NFA’s Nursing program. They had us in and out in under five minutes. The assistant that we had was new but she was great. Super friendly and personable.

So far I am very pleased. Everyone we have seen has been very nice, they don’t rush us out, they let me ask my millions of questions and treat us with care and respect. We haven’t had any long waits, they seem very organized, and modernized for the busy parents who can’t track everything. We love this practice!

We switched from crystal run to New Windsor Pediatrics, as we were always getting bounced around to different pediatricians and felt like the care was no longer personal. We love Dr.Shapiro, she is always prompt, honest, and shows love for my baby. Stephanie is very nurturing and takes time to check in. We love all of the nurses as well who take the time to remember our kids’ names. It’s always easy to get an appointment & love that they are open late. There is never a wait time for your appointment and they let you take as long as you need in the patient rooms.
