The Design Team was AMAZING at getting our hand-drawn (not to scale) sketch turned into a GORGEOUS 3-D rendering for us to share with our clients so they could easily visualize what we already knew their new space could look like! The turnaround time was SUPER quick, and all communication was done efficiently. I can't wait until our NEXT project with The RTA Store!!! @TheReDoLife

From ordering to receiving it was a snap.
I did have one issue with the original delivery of long trim, the packaging was a bit substandard, but they were very quick with replacements. The cabinets Are actual plywood, not fiberboard. And very easy to put together. I am extremely happy with the end result and looking forward to tackling the actual kitchen next. (This bank of cabinets is for my breakfast room.

I have to say that this is an amazing way to order cabinets. If you're a bit geeky, get in there and use their design tools and do it yourself. I'm ordering the finishing trim now to finish up the project.
We paid a local teen to assemble all of our cabinets to save time and they turned out great.
Also, I am terrible at designing things but I am so pleased with how it turned out. 100% you can do this!

The RTA Store was a hit for us! We renovated our home and used the the RTA designer to help with the process. It was all through email and was so simple! My deisgner was responsive in a timely manner while being detailed and resourceful. We hired someone to put our cabinets together. Then my husband & Installed them. I attached some pictures from my phone. We still have some final touches to finish throughout the home, but you can see the product. We used the Euro White Grain Cabinets and are so happy!

We had a great experience with The RTA Store. It was very convenient designing the layout with their designer (all through email) especially because we took two walls down (kitchen-dining room & kitchen-living room). I’m a visual person so I needed to see a true 3-D image, 360° to know what the cabinets would actually look like. The cabinets are high-quality and easy to assemble. I have no experience in construction and I was able to assist my contractor putting the cabinets together.

I would like to say that the experience I had with the rta cabinet store was excellent. I was assigned to Jessca Nauert and the service she gave me was superb.
I live in Bermuda and I was not able to receive the expected savings I anticipated because of the shipping and handling as well as the customs duty customs duty costs.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jessica and the rta store for their excellent service.

I my cabinets pre-assembled and they came pretty fast. The website was easy to use. I used the tool they have for designing my kitchen and it was pretty accurate.
I also ordered other cabinets at two different times and they were very accommodating to combine my orders and ship them together. I was very pleased with my cabinets, the doors are all soft closing and drawers are full extension.
I compared prices from other stores and this one has the best prices by far.

Christina, our designer was amazing. We've used her on two different project and has been extremely professional. She has great ideas on kitchen layouts and tons of experience. She has done such a great job and cant thank her enough.

We had a very good experience in shopping at RTA for kitchen cabinets. All the representatives that we contacted were nice and very helpful. The Nutmeg Twist line looks great. The only problem was with the delivery. When the shipment arrived, there were some damaged parts. However, when we claimed the damage, Stephanie helped us to get the replacements in a short time. Everything was on time and in an orderly manner. We are recently placed another order with RTA and hope that this time the carrier is more careful and no claims will be necessary.

Jennifer T. Was outstanding to work with! She helped me design the kitchen of my dreams within the confines of the space available. I highly recommend her.

The experience of ordering the cabinets was great. Since then, we've had them in our kitchen for almost two years and they are fantastic. We also added them to our pantry. I will never buy a cabinet from anywhere else again. They are high quality, customizable, and they look better than 99% of cabinets out there.

Perfection! Kacey Scheib was my designer and she designed exactly the closet of my dreams. There were some ups and downs along the way which were honestly silly mistakes on my behalf but Kacey and the entire RTA store team were there to guide me through it all! Very great communication. My closet is amazing quality and looks so elegant. Pictures don’t do justice. The installation was timely (took 10 hours for two of my contractors) but it was completely worth it!

The design team (Travis) was very helpful in providing photos comparing sample doors side-by-side, which made the selection of which samples to order very easy. Thanks Travis!
