Honestly I had the best experience at a dealership when I went to DCH Toyota in Wappingers. I found an option I was interested online and first spoke to Muhammad Ali on the phone. He was polite, consistent, and not pushy in any way. When I went to the dealership I was paired up with Joe Worthington. Joe was fantastic. He wasn't pushy and even though I didn't go with the first car I was interested in he made a point to help me find options in my price range with no pressure. When I finally found a car I loved Joe was helpful every step of the way. He made the process pretty easy. Compared to past experiences I've had at other dealerships this was pretty darn perfect. After I decided on a vehicle I was then paired with Dylan Abell. He was beyond helpful and was even able to help me get a better financing deal than I had from my own bank. I would absolutely recommend these 3 to others.

I got my Highlander around Christmas time and Joe DeGroodt was absolutely the best! He’s a great guy - what I liked about him is he is not the typical car salesman. Great personality and really down to earth. Someone you can trust. Not to mention Toyota - the product speaks for itself. I had an incredible experience at DCH Toyota 2 weeks ago. About 5 weeks ago, my wife and I were both shopping for new cars, Patrick approached us both and the car my wife was interested in was gone. I certainly knew that my search for a car would ultimately end up with Patrick. I returned 2 weeks later interested in a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mary was so nice she called in the AM to set my appointment. I was fortunate enough to request Patrick and he was everything I expected him to be. Patient, honest, and knowledgeable. Lastly, Jaime fought for the best deal he could find me and I left that night with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kudos to the entire staff. Never felt more comfortable walking out of a dealership. I’ll always recommend this team.

We bought a used Toyota Corolla from DCH. Our initial visit with Zion was pleasant and efficient. He is a very affable and charming young man. The flexibility of the negotiations of price was fair and reasonable. The car was ready the next day and everything went smoothly. We called the the manager Dennis regarding some minor issues and he was apologetic and told us to bring the car back and he would take care of everything. He was professional and courteous. You couldn't ask for more from a dealership. They stand behind the cars they sell and FYI, we aren't related to anyone from DCH!

I’m a regular customer at Toyota wappinger falls dealership and have been for many years. All the staffs know me pretty well and treat me excellent.

I try to avoid using the dealer as their prices are known to be on the higher end but when I took my car to an independent shop and they messed up my car, I had to return to the dealer for them to fix the issue. This was awhile back.

From then, I just stick to the dealer for peace of mind as they are trained and have the necessary tools available to work on customers cars.

I personally like all the staffs there. They are wonderful people and make me feel welcomed on every visit.

I live in VT and bought a car sight unseen except pics and video. It was definitely a leap of faith traveling that far with really nothing to go on but their word. Between Laurell and Avi it was a great experience and I absolutely love the car. Definitely recommend!!

I live 7 hours away, i drove it all to get this car. Joe D was my salesman I think the finance managers name was Dylan, they were nice to work with.

I stated my interest like days after this car was posted online, inquired, spoke to like 5 different people before it just became joe and I, he answered my questions, worked with me, helped me with the numbers and got me the deal I needed.

First let me say, I’ve been a Toyota customer for more than 30 years and bought multiple vehicles from Prestige Toyota in Kingston NY. After Prestige Toyota in Kingston NY, which is only 15 minutes from my home, damaged my 2018 Tacoma and tried to cover it up. They fought against paying for the repair, not to mention no one not even the the service manager who caused the problem reached out to me. So, I tried DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota, they are an hour drive for me, so quality counted. I can’t be more satisfied with the service I received at DCH. Everyone was pleasant and took the time to explain everything and find out my concerns. I not only recommend DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota but scheduled a follow up appointment with them. Remember they are an hour drive, and I’m using them again, that should say it all. Great job DCH, Prestige Toyota could learn about customer service, satisfaction, and how to treat loyal customers from you. After I spent more than $300,000.00 myself at Prestige over the last 20 years, not to mention friends and family, they lost my business.
