Left my items at cash register, retu4ned later and they were at customer service. Great service

We found Thanksgiving paper plates with colorful leaf design for Thankgiving.

I’m always very busy and barely have time for myself. If I do, I’m usually rushing through the store and most likely forgetting a couple items. The fact that target has a two hour pick up window and there’s no limit on the amount you have to spend and the service is done for free is absolutely amazing and beyond helpful for myself and my family.

Love Target because of the discount received when you use your card. Also the pickup process is wonderful they actually put the TV in the vehicle for me

Easy in person and online shopping. If receipt lost you can find item under your Target account. Wide variety of products, evolve based on costumers, and collect gift cards for my end of year purchases

It is such a pleasure to be able to get in and out of Target when I shop. It’s quick and easy and I also save money, compared to other grocery stores. I like being able to pick up everything I want in one store and not have to spend too much.

Target customer service is outstanding! Whether, I pick up items through Drive Up* OR return items at the customer service desk, the service is always fast. Customer Service representatives are always courteous! It’s pleasant to shop at Target!

Ya know,they r understaffed ,but they keep very good prices and inventory, anything u could need they have,they r all polite if u stop them,newburgh people r rough crowd but stick together,no one bothers anyone,the parking is a little small but again everyone knows that and takes they're time,just nice to walk around store,perfect set up,walk in go straight,then come in big circle

Its your typical Target. However at the Newburgh Target they do an amazing job here, meaning the crew does thier job. Store is clean, staff is friendly and management is helpful. I have been to other Targets in the Hudson Valley region and they are not as well kept.

The cashier, Trish, was awesome! She was very cheerful, friendly and helpful. I typically do not complete these survey's but her customer service today was incredible! In a time where everyone seems down she was fun! A joy to be around!

Because Natasha Mcdoe is an amazing associate that should truly be rewarded for kindness in being a wonderful customer service helper. She is truly awesome. If all of Your staff is anything like her then I will shop in Target constantly and spread the word of her graciousness with helping me find the items needed for my Mom. Please tell her the lady that she helped get the leggings wanna say thank you.

Pick up in store was easy. I'm glad they asked for my ID when picking up. It made me feel more likely to pick up at that store so nobody can steal my pick up orders. After picking up my order I was able to walk around and leave with even more stuff because of how satisfied I was at the pick up line.

Fast, i was in and out, no waiting in line. Jack was there to take care of my order. He was professional and very courtesy. Thank you for hiring people that are welcoming like Jack. Its nice to be meet with friendly associates. These are hard times and his smile just made my day

The first time I wrote a long answer on why I would choose this store but my phone froze and I don't want to type it again. It was my first time in the Newburgh Target. The store was VERY clean, organized, and I met 2 employees. I don't know the name of the young man but he was stocking the cleaning section and my cashier was Deb and she educated me on Target circle and how to use the app. I wish you could read what I wrote before. This store went above and beyond with customer service.

This Target has improved tremendously since I had first shopped at this store. Much more product is stocked to the shelves and properly priced. The food area is finally stocked well. It also seems very clean orderly. I hope these changes are permanent because I plan to go here much more now!
