My server was Robert this particular visit, he’s a very polite and professional young man and I truly love his attention to detail. My boyfriend and I go at least once a week and Robert is one of the servers I request. He really cares about your experience. If you’re planning on going to Outback and Robert’s available to serve you I promise you’ll have a fantastic visit. Amazing food and great service !

Pedro, ROCKED!!!!!! I'm obsessed with their clam chowder, and their steak dinners. You must dine here. Oh how can I forget their bread and butter 😋 PEDRO was so courteous and transparent 🤣🤣 Pedro the Alice chicken 🐔. Thanks for warming up my clam chowder to steaming hot. Definitely be back.

Bloomin' good time.

Despite the evening being rainy and cold, we ventured out to celebrate a milestone reached. We were greeted with a warm reception and seated for a delicious dining experience. Pedro was our server. His kindness and professionalism made the evening throughly enjoyable. Jediel was most kind in handling a side request when bringing one of the appetizers.
The food was delicious! Thanks to Pedro, the appetizers and meals were pleasantly space to where we were able to relax and enjoy every bit.
You will not be disappointed with the service....nor will you be left hungry with thr ample portions!

Food was fantastic. Pedro greeted us with open arms and immediately took care of myself and my date when we requested to move to a different table. He was extremely attentive and courteous. I would go as far as requesting him at my next visit. 10/10 will be back

We dined in monday night for the first time. Our service was amazing! Milly was great! She made sure we got our needs met and we had a great conversation with her! As well as our server, Jennifer was phenomenal, she was very attentive and professional. will be coming back for them and the food! 😊

Pedro is one of the best servers I’ve had & I eat out a lot. I highly recommended coming here and asking for him, he will have you laughing & enjoying your night. Amazing service throughout the whole night and very wholesome for my first time coming here to dine in.

Our waiter Pedro was excellent! He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and patient! The staff in general were wonderful. I left my windows down by mistake, while it was raining, and they were extremely helpful with letting me know, and providing necessary tools to clean water out of my car! I thought I was going to be in a bad mood after this happened, but everyone was so helpful, and Pedro kept my table laughing and in good spirits!

My boyfriend and I LOVE outback! Every location has great service, especially the one here in Wappingers Falls. Pedro is a wonderful server!

Our trip to Outback was a true delight, thanks to their exquisite Toowoomba Salmon dish. On October 14th, we celebrated my mom's 77th birthday! Now, let's get to the dish. The combination of seasoned, sautéed shrimp, mushrooms, mixed veggies, and sweet potato created a symphony of flavors that left me thoroughly impressed. Pedro, our exceptional waiter, made the experience even more enjoyable. His attention to detail was impeccable, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our meal adjustments. Not only was he accommodating, but his humor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. I can't wait to return to Outback just to be in Pedro's capable hands again.

It has been along time since my family and I had an amazing service from a restaurant and that was all thanks to Pedro. He was the best.

A wonderful visit for my mother and I. We were seated quickly. The table was clean and the service was spot on. Robert was our server and he made sure our food was on time and checked in frequently. We will be returning!

This restaurant had a great system going where multiple servers were attending as a team. Management even visited to ask how they were doing. The system in place was excellent! I will definitely return.

Pedro was very lovely. I haven’t been here in a while; I got a spicy margarita and Mac and cheese. The drink prices were great, and their Mac and cheese is the best. I definitely will come again and ask for Pedro!

Went to this Outback today and ordered Ribs & Chicken. The meal was absolutely amazing & delicious! It came out in a timely fashion & exactly as I requested!! My server Jen G. was outstanding, polite & very courteous. I must also mention Veronica the kitchen manager. She was also outstanding & very professional! She made sure that I was satisfied with my meal, which I was. Veronica, Jen G & the entire staff here demonstrated superb customer service! They all make a great TEAM!

We travelled from Montreal and had an amazing time and food here!

Food was delicious and fresh and our service was amazing thank you to our server Pedro! He knew well knowledge of the menu and even gave me food suggestions that did not disappoint. Food came also came out quick and we had no complaints. If you go ask for Pedro you won’t be disappointed!
