They asked me my preferred communication method early on and utilized it. They seemingly would drop anything to go on a showing that popped up that I was interested in. We eventually found the right home and they coached me through putting in an offer. They did a great deal of research for that offer so I had faith in it too. That offer was accepted, but they kept reaching out and making sure I was good and had no questions. They kept checking in through closing and even after to make sure things were okay. Their ability to communicate again was amazing as they were able to get answers to questions I thought I would never get. It is a complex market out there and I had some extra challenges they handled with grace and dignity. Would absolutely use them again if needed and recommend them to friends!
