I love coming to Hillcrest. Everyone greets me with a smile and is genuinely caring and kind. Dr Ross is passionate about dentistry and it shows in the quality of his work. He has a very calming demeanor which is wonderful for anyone with dental anxiety. My children are always excited to get a cleaning.

I am so thankful to Dr. Ross and his staff, Bonnie and Shia. I was in desperate need of a tooth removal and learned that my dentist no longer did any extractions. I was able to get in promptly as a new patient and the issue was taken care of that very day and it was the most pain free, kind and understanding dental visit I have ever experienced, and I am 65 years of age, and have been through some things at dental offices over the years. I received outstanding professional care, and it was reasonably priced too. I could not be more pleased and will be referring anyone I know in need of dental care to Hillcrest Family Dental.

Dr. Ross is so soft spoken and to the point with the planning process! The rest of the team are simply the nicest people I’ve ever met, and explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!!

There are no words to express how amazing Dr. Oberschlake and his team are. They were able to get me in for emergency treatment and my experience far exceeded my expectations. This was the most comfortable I have ever been at a dentist. Not to mention the follow up call and text I received on a Sunday from Dr. Oberschlake which was so kind and greatly appreciated. This is the best dentist office I've been to. Very thoughtful staff and Dr. Oberschlake is a great, honest dentist. When there are wonderful small businesses like this, you absolutely cannot go to a chain dental office.

5 stars is not even high enough rating for Hillcrest Dental. The entire experience there is wonderful from the smiling faces greeting you as you walk in the door, the dental assistants who are the nicest and friendliest people and best of is Dr. Ross. I can't say enough good things about the quality of work he does, the thoroughness of everything no corners are being cut. I had some work done recently and it was so different from other dentists I've gone to. I also had a cleaning done by Micki and the process used was far superior from anything I've ever had, she did an incredible job. Anyone looking for a dentist 100% has to come to Hillcrest!

DR. Ross is the best dentist in the State of Wisconsin. All of my visits have been absolutely great and painless. I've feared going to the dentist in the past, but Dr. Ross and his staff are true professionals and made me feel very comfortable. He goes over each procedure with me step by step, and actually tells me how I should feel while going through each step.

As a matter of fact, I was so relaxed on my last procedure(crown prep) that I fell asleep.

The ones that are good in their profession make it look easy. He is Great!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Doctor Ross and his whole team are so amazing and make you feel like family. I have severe dental anxiety and went through many dentists before I finally found Doctor Ross. He makes you feel very safe and comfortable at all times. You can tell how much he loves his job and puts everything he has into it. He’s a perfectionist at what he does and is constantly trying to learn new things. He’s always there for you when you need him. He has even come into the office after hours to care for me when I needed it. He gives his personal number to patients in case they need to contact him about things and always responds as soon as he can. I have truly never met a more caring medical professional. I will never go to another dentist again, because I would never be able to find someone better than Doctor Ross. I HIGHLY recommend him.

The entire Dental Team at Hillcrest are amazing, helpful, friendly, and appreciate their clients. Dr Ross is simply one of the BEST dentists, you'll feel fortunate to be under his care, I do. This is a new dentist for me and I am 100% pleased with my experience and results. Dr. Ross is amazing and his staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I feel very well taken care of - they all make me smile - pun intended!

Dr. Ross and his staff are professional, thorough and like family. Cleanings are always a great experience and I know I'm receiving an excellent exam and cleaning every time I visit. A recent visit for more extensive work after I broke my tooth also proved to be a great experience with Dr. Ross and his staff. I didn't have any pain or discomfort at all and the filling is perfect. I also trust Dr. Ross and his amazing staff with my son; Dr. Ross is gentle and his personality calming so my son never hesitates to get his checkups and cleanings every six months. Hillcrest is an excellent choice for your dental needs.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had. Very odd to say about a dentist, but very true. Everyone was exceptionally kind and genuinely interested/concerned about you. Very uncommon nowadays. Bonnie at the front desk was extremely friendly and kind. The Dr. was very attentive and constantly asked about my level of comfort. I did not feel any pain for my filling whatsoever. I was extremely nervous when coming in due to bad previous experiences. This experience was completely different than what I was used to. I think I may just went to a bad dentist in the past. Experience was night and day. This is also the most inexpensive dentist when I called around. They were very forthcoming with their pricing. Someone came in and explained to me exactly all the costs that would be incurred before asking if I wanted to move forward. I paid almost $500 IN TOTAL (including exam, some sort of block I needed for my root, etc.) for a really really deep filling, and when I had called around some places, such as the aspen dental I believe it is, right across the street, they said they charged $300 for just the exam ALONE, not even including the filling or anything else. Highly recommend. Very nice, genuine people.
