Dr. Christina was excellent. She was able to provide reassurance and relief after several days running on no sleep and worrying about our pup. Not only did the clinic get us in with same-day notice, but had us in and out with no wait and spent as much time with us for questions as we needed. She treated our situation as if it were her own and we are so grateful!

I have been going here for 12+ years with dogs and cats. The entire staff is very kind and helpful. I see all of the vets on a rotating basis and they’re all great. Prices may be a little higher than other practices, but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. I think the extra attention and follow up they give is worth the additional cost versus some of the less expensive chain clinics. Everyone at WAH knows my dogs and remembers their quirks each time which is really nice.

Our cats and dogs see both Dr Lisa and Dr Christine. They are so helpful with our animal’s many needs, and give realistic solutions. I’m so appreciative of the front desk communicating via email as well, I have small children so phone calls are an ordeal. The facility is always clean, and the staff is amazing. We love it here and are so thankful to have found our veterinary home ❤

We have been coming to waukesha animal hospital for years and absolutely recommend them for your pets. They always talk us through everything and I feel their charges are in line with what things should cost. Our fur babies are a part of our family and I will continue to bring them to see the wonderful team at this facility.

My mother has taken her dog and cat to Waukesha Animal Hospital for many years and really found their service to be great. When her dog died unexpectedly, we took the body to Waukesha Animal Hospital. The staff was so good with us. Dr. Christina Betchner took time to meet with my mom. She was so comforting and empathetic to my mom’s loss. She helped her remember how great a dog my mom had and how everyone loved her. This was a very tough day for my mom and our family, but the staff at Waukesha Animal Hospital made it a little easier. We really appreciated it.

Moved out here to Waukesha from Elkhorn. They made us feel so comfortable! My dog is very picky when it comes to treats and never takes any from other people, but she loved the treats they were giving her, and she seemed a lot more relaxed. Definitely recommended!

Dr. Christina both knows German Shepherds and listens to their owners when the owner has had previous GSDs. The entire staff were friendly & professional making my puppy's second vet experience much more pleasant than a different vet hospital further east on Bluemound. That Dr. was impatient with the pup and didn't listen to me. He repeated back to me the same information I just told him.

Ever single staff member here is exceptionally kind and caring. My dogs love coming to the vet because they are treated so well! Lots of love and treats to provide a happy experience. They are fair with their treatment options, giving you different choices but not being pushy about expensive procedures. I am a huge fan of this vet clinic and recommend them to everyone.

After a bad experience with the staff at a different vet clinic, I decided to switch to Waukesha Animal Hospital for my dog’s care. The staff here are friendly, respectful, genuine, and incredibly caring! I’ve been satisfied with the compassionate care my pup has received and highly recommend this place!

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They use a multitude of ways to ensure our pets are calm and taken care of properly. I am also very hard of hearing - The staff sends me regular emails and texts to ensure everything runs smoothly before, during, and after appointments. I continue to be impressed!

Everyone is so friendly! I have had both my cats here for routine examines and minor procedures. They are always upfront about the costs and willing to work with you. It seems they have the latest technology and my cats are happy and healthy! Would recommend to friends and family in the area.

Dr Christina is very nice and helpful. We took our new puppy in when he hasn't feeling right. She diagnosed him, got him on antibiotics, and he's back to being a happy puppy. All of the staff here really care about all of the animals they see.

I have nothing put positive things to say about our experiences at the Waukesha Animal Hospital. My two Labrador Retrievers have been receiving care here for years. Maggie appreciates their special focus on stress free vet visits. Sandy enjoys their treats 😂. All in all, from office staff to vet techs to the vet staff, they are gentle and caring. We have been seeing Dr. Jackie.

I am continually impressed by the great care Dr. Carlson gives to my cats whenever I visit.
She is extremely thorough and explains everything relating to my pets' medical condition and the options for their treatment. One cat is elderly and needs special care. I know Dr. Jackie will go the extra mile to find the best treatment plan for her.
I've been seeing Dr. Jackie for almost ten years and just love her and her helpful and friendly staff.

The vets here are amazing. They are very understanding of an owners love and finances, offering realistic expectations of cost and options for your family.

They are also very competative pricing wise, maybe only a few dollars more for shots and general care than using a major corporate retail. But by no means does this affect quality of care.

I have recommended this vet to others, some of whom travel from other towns to come here.

We take our family pets (2 dogs and 2 cats all whom have ongoing medical conditions) to see Dr. Christina Betchner. Dr. Christina is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes her time and answers any questions we have in great detail. The vet techs that assist Dr. Christina are also very knowledgeable, friendly and help appointments run smoothly. Our pets seem to be very comfortable while we are there. Friendly office staff, comfortable office setting, accommodating appointments and we even receive a reminder call a couple days prior to the appointment. A great practice. Highly recommended!!

My cat was very nervous as are most humans going to the doctor. Dr. Amy was very gentle with her and patient instead of rushing through things. They also took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand instead of using fancy terms. I highly recommend Waukesha Animal Hospital for gentle, easy to understand care of your fur baby. PS All the doctors and vet. techs. are very knowledgeable about the care and treatment they are giving.
