Bridge View Tavern

Went in for a Sunday brunch and we loved this place. We were seated outside in the patio overlooking sleepy hollow and it was really nice.
We ordered the steak sandwich and the chicken pasta.
The steak sandwich was great. While the steak could’ve been seasoned a bit more the caramelized onions and the spicy mayo sauce on the perfectly toasted brioche bun more than made up for it. The fries and the coleslaw with the steak sandwich were excellent too.
The chicken pasta was excellent, the sauce was buttery and delicious.

You would NOT expect a "tavern" to have this high level of excellent food. The food is insanely good! My boyfriend is from Northern India and I'm from South Louisiana so we are partial to flavor and good food. Bridge View Tavern delivers and then some! Highly recommend the Andouille and shrimp grits, the mussels and the vegetarian curry. For drinks had an old fashioned (maple) and the killer bee mezcal with honey and lemon. Brian our server was efficient and friendly. The food is flavored so well, great, quick service, good vibes! Already recommending directly to friends and had to share here!

Small place with an old time travel feel. Two separate sitting areas with a nice size bar. Good Tap beer selection. Had the Italian pork sandwich with sweet vinegar peppers, spinach & provolone cheese, it was really good. Staff were great.

Fantastic choice of craft beers, burgers are made to perfection, had the bison. The curry mussels are dangerously addictive. Great service from the ladies.

Amazing place. Great food and outstanding staff. Just stopped in for veggie chilli and some warm soft pretzels. I can’t wait to come back. My server was awesome.

After a nice hike and trail run with my dog Rocky, I wanted to find a place that would be dog friendly where I could get a glass of wine and this truly was the place. I had a veggie burger that was very good and they were so nice to Rocky They have a patio with a fireplace and infrared heaters that is so cozy. This is a definite 5 ⭐

What a beautiful and cozy place, recommended by a good friend of mine and it didn't disappoint. Prices and super reasonable.

Fantastic place! Great service. PET FRIENDLY! Jellybean the 🐕 had a great time eating in the back area, which had a beer garden style dining room. Great beer variety, delicious food tavern style menu. Bison Burger w bacon jam is a top-tier burger. Nachos are great to share for the table. Definitely will come back to try more. This place had at least 20 beers on tap and they’re all delicious. I ordered the Reuben burger medium with garlic fries and it did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. A well-established place in a great location. If I’m ever back in town, I will definitely come again.

Old tavern charm, with a large selection of beers on tap and a great view of the bridge as promised in the name ;-) The menu offers a selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and burgers with choices of meats - beef, chicken, elk, bison or wild boar. Delicious! The fries were the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And don't miss the Guinness chocolate cake: interesting combo, it's made in-house and absolutely fantastic. Service was very pleasant and fast.

This place had some good food would definitely recommend if you are in the area. The wings were awesome I have to say and all the other food everyone else enjoyed with no complaints. Our waitress was amazing with getting us everything we needed and what food to get.

So glad we stopped here for a bite to eat! And enjoy the football games. It was not a long wait I would say about 30 minutes to sit at the bar. So we took a short walk to the Riverfront and came back. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious and we would definitely come back.

Food was solid. Looking forward to stopping in during the spring and summer for outdoor dining

THE only place to eat and drink around this spectacular historic town. It’s a tradition of mine to visit this fantastic tavern after every visit to Sleepy Hollow, where the pints are great and the food is delicious! Their selection of food and drink is vast and the service couldn’t be nicer. The owner Chris is one of the soundest people you’ll ever meet.

It’s not often I’ll leave Scotland and find a place that makes me feel rough at home; this place does just that.

Enjoyed our visit! They had much more than just standard pub food and overall it was very good. My fish and chips were 5 stars. My cousins liked their dishes but said they didn't enjoy their meals as much as I did mine. That all said, the service was prompt and attentive without being annoying - and very friendly people - we did not have much of a wait despite them being very busy. Table for four was a little small but we made due. The view from the tavern at night was pretty with the bridge & other lights off in the distance. I'll bet it's nice in the daylight, too! I loved the relaxed & rustic atmosphere!

The food here is amazing. The firsh and Chips was so crispy and delicious as well as the fries! Elk burger was cooked to perfection and was one of the most tender burgers I've tried in a while. The staff was friendly as well. Also as a heads up be prepared to wait in person. Come early and don't get hangry waiting!

I came here after seeing my grandmother in ICU, and it was the moment our family needed to decompress. Our waitress was the best! Answers all the questions and was really warm. The food was excellent. Loved my cob salad and the shrimp and grits!! The drinks were on par, and the ambiance was warm!!

Great ambience friendly staff and tasty bites at bridge view tavern located right on the edge of the Hudson with great views. The sandwiches were generously portioned, cooked and seasoned well, and offered a variety of flavors. Great spot for lunch or dinner if you're in the area and looking for a casual family friendly location.
