Excellent customer service, asked if I needed help within 2 minutes entering the door. Mostly new what I needed but helped me make a critical adjustment to my order. Had all the knowledge I needed to accomplish my goals. Pulled items out of the box the confirm exactly what I was dealing with. Its been a while since I have driven out to this location but was well worth the drive. Forgot to get the gentleman's name but he was quick and efficient. Thanks again.

This place had everything I needed and then some. I was like a kid in a candy store looking at all the wonderful options of things I could possibly make my truck look even more amazing. Great customer experience. The roof storage is a good product at a fair price but mine came missing a bracket. I called and explained that I needed the part for a road-trip. After initially telling me they were closed for the day, the rep placed me on hold. She returned and said, “I found a shipping clerk who hasn’t left yet. We’ll get that out to you overnight!” Trip saved…

Ordered a cowl hood and experienced problems getting the hood to the store. Jegs made it right by giving me a more expensive hood they had in stock, at no extra charge to me. I recently moved and had my old address on file I ordered parts with new address and customer service called to make sure it was me ,good job on that ,only issue was parts that were in stock I received tracking # which I was able to use although parts that came from manufacturer didn't receive # or time of delivery but really not a big deal ,very pleased with jegs thru out the years

Jegs store is amazing if you have questions or you want to look at an item before you buy it. Has something for everyone here regardless of USDM or Import. Also great line of racing supplies like jugs, pumps, suits, helmet, and things like that.

I come here for one thing in particular: Jax Wax products. Obviously they have a host of other great gear that you just can't get at other auto stores. It's next level in that regard. Staff is always friendly and hard working, too.

They didn't have what we wanted at the Columbus store, but offered free shipping from the Delaware store. Quick and easy, great Customer Service!

Spent about 40 mins with mister Ben he was able to help us make an informed decision on fixing a fuel pump issue in our car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at this location definitely go the extra mile to help there customers

Called Jegs Performance parts to purchase a brake booster backup vacuum can for my muscle car due to my car not having enough vacuum to run my power brakes at low speed, so I got this can and installed it and it work and gives me a little extra vacuum to stop my car at low speed, great item if you don’t have enough vacuum for you’re power brake booster .

Stopped in to buy a steering wheel for my project after the Ford show at the expo center. The female cashier/office helper was very friendly and helpful until I was able to get a sales person. He was also extremely helpful. A great experience overall
