Such a great selection of cigars there! Love the atmosphere, the staff (danielle and michelle) are super helpful and friendly! We go there often and always have a blast! The back members only lounge is fantastic too! Highly recommend a trip here if you are a fan of cigars! A large, clean, well ventilated cigar lounge!

Great cigar lounge in the Clifton Park area. The general manager is knowledgeable and is willing to help customers and give recommendations. Even took the time to figure out how to get my lighter shipped to be rebuilt and then shipped it for me. Also some of the best prices for cigars and pipes I've seen in NYS.

Absolutely fabulous little shop, the walk in humidor is on the smallish size but the product selection is top quality. the prices are good to average and not overpriced like some other shops around. the staff is super friendly and helpful

I visited this store to kill time while in the area yesterday, and the gal that works there was very friendly & knowledgeable, and did not pressure me in any way. I hate it when I feel pressured, I'll leave immediately. If I decide to purchase a pipe & tobacco in the future, I will certainly go back to this store!

Park-Lane Tobacconist is located in an upscale shopping center and may be hard to find if you don’t drive or walk along the front of the stores. It has everything you would want from a traditional tobacconist from bulk pipe tobacco blends, some their own, to tinned tobacco — there are about a dozen tinned Brebbia tobaccos as well as Peterson and Dunhill tobaccos. They have lighters, a basket of Estate pipes, tobacco pouches, pipe tools, back issues of cigar magazines, etc. There is a seating area where you can smoke for awhile and a climate controlled cigar room. The staff was very helpful and I came away with a couple of bulk blends, a nice butane lighter, and a box/pouch of what looks to be the new rendition of Carter Hall tobacco. They have higher priced briar pipes as well as less expensive ones and corn cobs. I was able to find my first Kaywoodie pipe for a good price. If you are a cigar or tobacco pipe smoker it’s well worth the time and distance to stop by and look around. Oh, and if you need empty wooden or paper board cigar boxes they have plenty of those. :) — August 2021.

I have never smoked cigars, and have very small knowledge of them. The worker was very friendly, happy to explain her knowledge and answer any questions. If you are thinking about smoking a cigar and don't know where to start, well this is that place!

Great place. I travel for work and sometimes struggle to find a good place to purchase and enjoy cigars. I found Park Lane and was very happy that I did. Great selection and really nice people working and hanging there. Will definitely stop back in my next trip thru town

They smell AMAZING when you enter. I buy empty cigar boxes here for storing small items. Their taboconists seem very knowledgeable & friendly. Has an area to sit & relax. Has Ann old fashioned "men's club"feel with leather chairs.

What an amazing group of people that work and hang out here. They navigated this whole covid disaster so well. If you are looking for a place to relax, unwind and have some good conversation with a tasty cigar (or pipe) this is the perfect place!!

Great location, upscale, professional cigar lounge....Great customer service & great freindly people in the lounge...They have front & rear lounge with many TV's...Large selection of sticks & gifts...Rated as the best cigar lounge in all upstate New York!... Highly recommend/Five Stars!

Only place I'll buy pipe tobacco. Greatest blends and friendliest most knowledgable staff. I drive 20 miles to come here with plenty of alternate places between. Prices are incredible too.
