🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I love Gil’s in Burnt Hills! I usually deal with Holly, Matt and my BMW service tech, Josh. 👍👏 They take excellent care of my car and always get me scheduled in a timely manner when needed. I put less than 5,000 miles on my car a year, and anytime I need it inspected or service on it, I will always take it to Gil’s in Burnt Hills!! 💯🙌

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They provide top quality work at incredibly reasonable prices. I have had both my trailer and my truck worked on here. They completely rebuilt the underside of the trailer, replaced the ramp, and redid the wiring and restored it to close to brand new. My truck has had several issues over the years and I can always rely on them to diagnose the problem and not find a million other issues that don't actually exist like other places I've been.

I've used Gil's a few times, and have always had a wonderful experience. This most recent time, my car was completely dead in my driveway and they were more than accommodating to help me get my car over to them. They explain every single thing in detail and are always so willing to help!

Gil's replaced the valve cover gasket on my 2001 Toyota tundra. Pricing was fair the job was completed within 1 week of vehicle drop off. During the quoting process Mark indicated that my drive shaft center boot was torn and recommended replacement at some time in the near future. No push just the facts (and photo when I settled up for the gasket work). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They won over a new customer.

There was an issue with Gil's potential association with Repairpal. The system does not automatically set up service appointments as it is indicated. I gave that info to both Gil's and online to repairpal. My recommendation is to just call the garage and bypass any online services.

First time but not the last time. I have been using Zappone Dodge for all my services for years. Dealership got bought, service department has gone down hill. Called up Gil’s, got my truck in the next day. I will be going to Gil’s from here on out. Very friendly and professional.

I just moved to this area and had left a great mechanic in Sharon Springs and needed to find a new mechanic. Of course soon after moving to Glenville I had a breakdown. Gil's garage came highly recommended. They did a great job getting my truck up and running again. I have my new mechanic!

My appointment time was kept perfectly, got my brakes fixed and an oil change. Very pleased with the brakes! Huge difference. And always trust them for my oil changes.

Only been there twice, both times with the same recalcitrant 2005 Prius because they are one of the few independent shops with techs trained on hybrids. The first time I lucked out with not much wrong with the car and I was able to resume driving. The second time the shuddering was traced to a damper (essentially a clutch) and would require pulling the engine to fix...not worth it. So against their recommendations I drove it 7 miles home limping along.
I was happy with both my encounters, was treated well and would go back should other 2 Priuses develop issues.

Have been a client of Gills for over 20 years. We moved and now live and hour away and choose to continue to have them be our only mechanics as they are fully trustworthy, honest and friendly ALWAYS! They are the best in the region hands down.

I actually brought my vehicle in a full week before my appointment due to my own mistake. They took it and had an evaluation done promptly. Work was very well done. Communication was excellent as well. Their hours are great too.

As always, Gils is a trustworthy and very proficient place to get your car repaired. They did the work in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price, and they are always very friendly as well!

Gills is the only place we bring all of our vehicles too now !! You know your vehicle is in good hands and they will not rip you off !!! Also the people at the front desk are always very polite and great to deal with.

I have been a "Gil's Garage" customer for years. late last year, when I purchased my 2019 Ford Escape, I called the dealer and asked how much they charged for an oil change? I was told I have to talk with the Parts Department first then the Service Department. Subsequently, I was sent to the Parts Department and placed on hold for approx 5 min. The Parts Tech came back with the wrong info as he looked up the parts for a 2.5L and I had told him I had a 1.5 engine. that was enough for me and hung up. I called Gil's and "Matt" at the front desk gave me an immediate cost! This recent trip I met with Holly, very friendly and efficient! I no sooner handed her my keys and within minutes, my car was in the bay being serviced! Gil's it is!!

Excellent customer service, came very highly recommended from so many people, they took great care of my 2015 Honda and I have made Gil’s my regular garage. Very happy!

I use Gil’s for all my repairs and maintenance for my truck. They are wonderful. Professional, friendly, always courteous, answer all my questions. The service is always excellent!

The staff is friendly knowledgeable, and genuinely would like you to be part of their family. We had been going to dealerships in discount, tire and brake businesses. After being dissatisfied we returned home to Gill’s garage.
