JohnHenry is an excellent salesperson! This was my first time getting a new car as a young adult and he made sure to answer all my questions and listen to my needs. Our service rep Michael R was so helpful and pleasant, he explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. The whole experience was quick & easy. I was able to get the car I wanted from a neighboring state through Lia Toyota without having to travel there. They buffed minor scratches out of the paint and did some touch up paint for me at no charge before I picked the vehicle up. They’re even going to repair a small dent on it at no expense to me, at a time when it’s convenient for me. The purchase process was simple and they were able to answer any questions I had. They explained all the paperwork as we went through it, which was appreciated. My salesperson was Jennifer Colon, I recommend her and I do recommend Lia Toyota of Colonie.

Tom Pottenburgh is amazing! My daughter has been looking for a car for about month now and we just stopped by Lia on New Years Day on a chance. Tom was great and knowledgeable. My daughter had her new car the next day! Justin was the finance person we dealt with, he too is amazing. My overall experience was very easy and pleasant. The vehicle model I went in to text drive was not available so I test drove a hybrid model of the same model and loved it. Not knowing anything about hybrids, I asked my salesperson, John Valikonis, who was extremely knowledgeable, a million questions. He not only answered each one quickly, but he seemed very happy to do so. He was so patient, professional and friendly - I felt very comfortable and the transaction went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend John if you are in the market for a Toyota! Also, the financial person, Aaron, and Andrew who went over the car’s buttons and functions with me were equally as patient, kind and knowledgeable. Shout out to Mackenzie who I requested as my salesperson, but she already had a customer.

Tom Pottenburgh is amazing! I have leased all of my vehicles from him and bought my first car. He is no nonsense and makes the process quick and easy. The best part is that I have never felt pressured. Justin, the finance manager was also great to work with. I definitely recommend asking for Tom when you are looking to lease or buy a car. He will lay out your options and work with you to figure out what is best for your situation.

It took over four months to get but I finally got the car of my dreams. My 2023 blue Toyota 4Runner is fantastic!! Jennifer Colon was so helpful and kept me updated on the progress on my car arriving at Lia. She was quick to call and give me the good news. It took only a couple days for me and her to get everything ready to drive away in this amazing vehicle Thank you Lia and Jenn!

The folks who assisted us with our new RAV4 Prime were top shelf. Our sales rep, Bill, made the paperwork seamless. They also have a young man, Andrew, who is their Wizard of Technology. He showed us all the tech features in the car, the buttons, the gadgets and did it with great enthusiasm. He paired our phones and showed us the Android Auto and Apple Play programs.
He made us a booklet of FAQ with his own notes as well.
