Lou's crew did a great job power washing and touching up the exterior paint on my house in Chappaqua. My house now looks like it received a complete new coat of paint. Lou and his crew kept the job site neat and tidy. They worked extremely hard to get the job done as quickly and unobtrusively as possible. I'heartily recommend Lou and his crew.

We were very happy to have Da Silva Painting paint the interior of our new home prior to our moving in. They removed some stubborn wallpaper in the kitchen and master bath, fixed flaws in the walls before painting over and the result was really beautiful. We were extremely happy with their work, which was completed on schedule and recommend them highly.

I used Dasilva painting for my deck. It was in need of cleaning, sanding, painting and some boards needed replacing. Lou and his men started immediately and waited for proper drying time due to some rain delays. They were professional, precise and efficient. His estimate was detailed and accurate. I was delighted to know that he provides other home improvement services and I will be using this company again in the future.

We recently moved into an apartment in Scarsdale that was built in 1981. The place had not been painted or renovated since it was built. The walls were in terrible condition. In places, wall paper had to be taken down which caused damage to the drywall. Mirrors were glued to the wall which caused further damage to the drywall. I took various bids from painters. Lou DaSilva provided a competitive bid, and promised to complete the work in a 5 day time frame (a tall order for a 1500 square foot home, especially given the extensive wall repairs involved.) Despite the damage being more extensive then Lou originally expected, he not only got the job done on time, he also stood by his original quote and did a FANTASTIC job. The place looks brand new. Other contractors would have simply put up a coat of paint. Lou really took it to the next step to do the job right. I am thrilled I used him, and would definitely recommend him. He is a gentlemen, he is trustworthy, he is onsite, and he has a great crew. You cannot go wrong here.

Great experience dealing with Louie and his team. Louie came out to give us a free quote the same day I called him. Reasonably priced. His workers were friendly and did a great job power washing and then retaining our front porch and deck. Would use them again.

Da Silva did a great job staining my deck and teak furniture and painting all of the deck trim. Have used them twice now and will definitely use them again. The work is quick (weather permitting), good quality and cost effective.
