Great store - Classic experience. Fabulous place for menswear. These guys really know their stuff for both older and young men. They have their finger on the pulse of the fashion world without ever succumbing to trendy. It’s a pleasure to shop there.

Excellent service from everyone. It's like having your own personal shopper with a great selection of quality merchandise always on hand. Never pushy and always with the goal of having you look your best. Barry, Rick, Geo and Carol have been dressing my family for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Family Britches is one of the few retailers I actually look forward to visiting. The owners/staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They will always go out of their way to help solve a problem or make a transaction go more smoothly. No detail is too small or unimportant. Over the years I have referred people to them who were very happy with their service as well.

Britches was always a lovely place to shop. The customer service provided by Barry and Carol and the remaining staff was personalized and intimate like shopping experiences of many years ago. Thankfully, that element remains along with a whole new look and vibe. The store has been redecorated and refashioned with a new, more casual women's line and home goods. In the women's department, Eileen Fisher and Repeat remain but new, trendier lines have been added. It is now a store for all ages. The furnishings (I spied some lovely glass lamps reminiscent of Simon Pearce) are fabulous, maybe a bit like Serena and Lily. Some funky poufs (there's a denim one on display in the men's section and some fab lime ones in the women's area), great pillows, bedding and accessories. It made me think of stores in Danbury or Greenwich. IT'S A WHOLE NEW PLACE!!! So for lovely clothing for your family and bits and pieces for your home, this store is highly recommended. Again, the store's greatest asset, its owner and staff, continues as before with old fashioned customer service and care. They have just turned up the vibe quite a bit!

Family Britches staff worked with both by husband and son in outfitting them with new suits and sports coats and slacks for my son's Bar Mitzvah. They did a wonderful job working with their different tastes, and even ordered custom fabric for my son's suit. They carefully scheduled alterations in case of growth spurts, and then even hand delivered an ordered belt that arrived two days before our event. Barry, Steven, and their tailor were all wonderful and went above and beyond at every visit! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Sarah K.

The friendliest store in town. The kind of place where you walk in and and everyone knows your name and will help you as much as you need. They have an unparalleled selection of men’s casual wear and men’s dress furnishings. It’s almost like a mini-department store but with much better customer service! I have shopped here for 18 years and Barry and his team always make great suggestions for gifts for my husband, father and father-in-law to suit every occasion. Barry even remembers everyone’s size. Alterations can be done on premises and at no extra charge. They also have beautiful and classic women’s clothing and jewelry as well as boys’ suits. Truly something for everyone in this amazing store...

For many many years I have trusted Barry and Rick to make me look good whether it be getting suits for work and important events or great leisure stuff ranging from awesome Italian carcoats and inventive slacks and sweaters. I really do not know what I would do without their advice, service and inspiration. And I have brought challenges! Always full of good cheer and solutions!

Family Britches is a wonderful local store with a great selection of clothing especially for men, a knowledgeable and friendly staff. This place is a gem for good service and quality clothes you won’t find anywhere else.

Customer service was excellent when I was there. Helpful staff, store offers a small range of high-end goods, the selection isn't terrific but understandable for a small town boutique. Mostly preppy and suit and tie attire. Can find AG, Souther Tide, etc here.

First rate clothing store; just had a stellar clothes shopping purchasing experience in terms of helping me choose a new blazer with shirt, tie and pants to match. Complete outfit -- done. The brands are all top quality and the customer service was fabulous. Incredibly satisfied.

I have enjoyed the benefit of FB's brilliant fashion sense for many years now. They always have an on-point spin on the classics that you might otherwise find at say Polo, Brooks Brothers, et al...Please take a look for yourself and if you go to Chappaqua, please say a warm hello to Barry and if in New Canaan, to Mark. I think you will be glad you did and you will certainly not find their fantastically curated selections anywhere else!
