Sterlington Deli

The best BEC I've had! The sandwich was perfect, great menu (so many options), very clean and great coffee. We will definitely be back! My husband had a Hungry man which was also very good.

I would argue that this is the best deli in New York, which it easily is. This is certainly the best deli in the Greenport area. We come every time that we visit. The staff is amazing, the food is all so fresh. Truly our favorite spot for lunch.

I work in Greenport and on Shelter Island on a regular basis and Sterlington is my go to for breakfast every day I'm out here. The food is awesome, and very reasonably priced. Fred the owner is a super nice guy and I look forward to every day I get to have one of their omelets with home fries and hot sauce!

Sterlington deli is always my first stop when visiting or working in the greenport area.

Was staying in Greenport for a few nights over Thanksgiving holidays and came upon this gem. The owner was very welcoming and recommended the BEC on a roll which was delicious! Hearty portion of crispy bacon makes the sandwich! Highly recommend!

Small Town style deli, off the main street while the"in spots" are crowded you can usually find a seat here, large menu, made to order , fast service. What's not to like.

Great Ruebens and fantastic shrimp salad wrap (the perfect balance of protein vs sauce without being soggy) plus just a great vibe and super nice people. Everyone was friendly, helpful with directions, and definitely a spot to return to

Sterlington Deli did a great job preparing and delivering a sandwich platter for my daughter’s wedding party while they were getting ready for the festivities. We had a fresh and delicious assortment of sandwiches that everyone enjoyed.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I’m a travel nurse from TN and I’ve eaten here almost every day I’ve been here!! The people here are so very nice and welcoming and the food is delicious 🤤 if you’re ever out this way, stop in and experience a great service and wonderful smiles!

Freddy is the man. He hooked us up for a family party we were having at the house in east Marion. Everyone raved about the 3 ft. chix cutty sammy. Mac and potato salad were also fan favorite’s.

So I hosted a brunch the day after my daughter’s wedding, the food was amazing! Fred was so great when I called him to add more food. He was so accommodating. Fred called me after the event to make sure I was happy.. I highly recommend this amazing place because the food is awesome but the owner is incredibly accommodating.

Very good sandwich! My husband and I both had the fried chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella, roasted red pepper and balsamic on a roll. We both enjoyed it and would definitely have it again. Owner was very pleasant and didn't treat us any differently because we aren't locals. We appreciated that hospitality. ☺

Absolutely loved this place. Food and service were both excellent. Lots of menu options. Warm atmosphere. Had a chance to chat with the owner and chef, loved them. The workers were also very nice. I highly recommend this place for the food, the atmosphere, the service.

This is without a doubt the best deli on Long Island. The food is incredible, portions are generous and the service is outstanding! The family that runs this deli not only cares about the quality of their food and service but they also genuinely care about the people they are serving.

In LI for a wedding. Google tells me there’s nowhere open serving coffee before 7am. I go into Greenport around 6:30 and see the open flag waving outside of Sterlington. Walked in and it was already bustling with regulars coming in and out. Guy behind the counter was great. Breakfast sandwich might be the best I’ve ever had and the coffee is solid. Highly recommend

Stopped in to grab a quick breakfast before the ferry. Service was very friendly and our bacon, egg, cheese sandwich was delicious!! Very generous in the bacon.
