I love going to Pallas! My trainer and owner, Tony, evaluates each participant for level of strength and endurance, making each person feel safe and engaged.
The social distancing/mask wearing/ disinfectant use is spot on. Covid-19 precautions are in place.
The group I work out with, in a rotation-style approach, are 40-50 years olds, and Tony chooses music that we remember. I am definitely pushed to my max but feel safe and supported.
I recommend Pallas for any level of fitness or age-- exercise is truly the fountain of youth.
