Aspen Dental in Carle Place is a fantastic, professional and overall-happy place to get a full spectrum of dental care. I have been afraid of dentists all my life and felt so comfortable with all the staff!!! From understanding financing to helping understand my dental treatment plan. Thank you all. You made me feel better about myself!

This is the best dental office I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly and very professional. I had a tooth extracted and I promise you I did not feel any pain. I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. Dr Yu and Aisha are amazing.

Wow! Amazing staff! Great vibes all around! You can tell the staff likes working there. Everyone was professional and bubbly! Dr. Yu was thorough and confident which helped me trust him and he certainly delivered! Mohammad who handles accounting is excellent! I was so impressed… that dude is def going places!

Aisha and her staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. From the moment I entered the door I knew I was in capable hands. Ashley was extremely capable as well as Dr. Yu. Best experience ever!

Ms.Tiffany is A GOD Sent because She is so Professional and Caring for her Patients. When Ever I need to make changes with my appointments and have to make changes at the last minute always accommodate me. Hygenist and Dentists and staff are very nice and professional. GS
PS:I Have one suggestion accounting and any financial questions and not finding out you there's a balance? without a call a reminder knowingly until you at the appointment and that's not Professional and I have been asked every time I have a visit and The Office Manager will tell me before I get seen so I will pay it with insurance coverage and things are paid in full on the last visits but it hasn't happened yet. Thank You Happy 2024!!!.

Omg best dentist office I’ve been to EVER!!!!! Everybody is so friendly, happy and accommodating. The atmosphere is delightful seeping with positive vibes. The entire staff is a joy to interact with and they make sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. Not only do they accommodate the reason why you visited they also make sure your mouth is in the best health in case you missed something before you leave. Look forward to returning to them for more work

This location is excellent. Dr. Yu, the office manager Aisha, and the entire staff are professional and helpful. Very clean and state of the art facility. Aisha went out of her way to work with my insurance to get my procedures covered. Highest recommendation!

Today was my first visit at Aspen and I definitely will be returning. The office is very clean but most importantly, the staff was exceptional!!! I was welcomed by the office manager, Aisha whom was absolutely the best; very pleasant and informative. I didn’t get my X-ray technician’s name but she was also very nice and gentle when doing my x-rays. I had a very thorough examination done by Ashley and she was exceptional… very calming and detailed. By the time my dentist came in, who was very straightforward, but kind at the same time. I had already made my decision to come back here again. Great location

Office Manager Aisha is Awesome and I was happy with the Lab Tech Kamal who started my treatment. At the Front desk Tiffany was very nice and the entire Staff treated me well. I was so impressed with Aspen Dental Carle Place that I travel from the Bronx to my appointments. Thank you all!

Aspen Dental is great. I missed an appointment and they didn’t charge. My initial visit was free, even with x-rays. The entire staff is friendly, smiling and helpful. They also worked out a payment plan. I wish I had discovered them sooner. Definitely recommend!

I have had such bad experiences going to the dentist. This was such a delightful experience! From the time I walked through the doors everyone was so nice. I had a chipped tooth and a wedding to go to on Saturday. They were so accommodating and put me at ease that I will be able to smile in the photos. Absolutely amazing!!!

Very efficient visit, kind staff and DR. Unfortunately the computer was down and I was unable to schedule future appointments. Will definitely return once I’m able to schedule them.

Went in today for an emergency had two fractured teeth they were able to take me when no one else would or could. I’m so afraid of dentists but this was honestly one of the best experiences at a dentist. The staff were very professional and kind. Went in at their lunch time so i felt bad and apologized to the surgeon but he reassured me that my pain was more important to be taken care of! If i could give this place 10 stars i would!

Everyone was extremely nice. When I walked in I was greeted by Tiffany, who was extremely helpful with filling out all the paperwork. The staff that took the x-rays and did the exams was so gentle and explained everything as we went along. Brianna the women who does billing was super friendly, and was not pushy when it came time to go over my bill. Would highly recommend!!

I recently had an emergency tooth removal at Aspen Dental in Carle Place and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Although I had put off getting the tooth removed for a while, the pain had become unbearable and my regular dentist could not see me for almost a week. In my desperation, I searched for "emergency tooth removal" on Google and came across Aspen Dental. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning, which was a relief.
Upon arriving at the office, I was immediately impressed by the modern and clean facilities. The state-of-the-art equipment gave me confidence that I was in good hands. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, which helped to ease my nerves. Dr. Kwon, who performed the tooth extraction, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and made the process as comfortable as possible.
Overall, I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Carle Place for anyone in need of dental services. The entire experience was fantastic and I am grateful for their exceptional care.
