Staff was excellent! First time at this location since Dr. Caspito retired. I don't do well with crowds and it was a little much for me. But, I must say, the crowd diminished fairly quickly. I was a walk-in, I needed medical clearance, was seen within 30-40 minutes, and was given my new cardiologist at the location of my choice! Kudos to the staff who works like a well oiled machine!

“Thanks” to the Claims and Billing Department... I called concern on a cost of testing due to my high deductibles. I Spoke to a lovely lady Maria Williams who was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nancy a colleague of hers was also very helpful in cost and patient responsibility. I had a complete understanding of the procedure and patients responsibility by the end of my call. They were kind enough to contact my insurance company and speak with them went over and “Above” They both assisted while doing whatever it takes. KUDOS to these lovely ladies thanks for all you do...

Everytime l go there, I'm treated very well. The staff and doctors are very courteous and caring. I've never been disappointed.

Dr. Parag Parikh saved my dad's life when he had a heart attack in March 2021. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful, thorough with a great sense of humor and bedside manner. He truly cares about your health, needs and concerns. He possesses all the qualities every Doctor should have. I would highly recommend Dr. Parikh to everyone who is looking for quality care and an excellent expert in his field.

All Staff here are courteous and friendly. Rooms are clean and bright. Waiting time was zero.

My cardiologist is Dr. Weiss. He is a great doctor. I live two hours from Schenectady, now. He is a good listener and helpful.

Dr. Madiraju is a phenomenal cardiologist, very attentive and detailed, takes his time to give detailed explanation of procedure to patients. The best!

Was a bit disappointed that I was unable to bring my spouse in with me. I recently had a stroke, so a second set of ears would be comforting.

My primary sent over a referral over a month ago. I have called and followed up several times trying to get an appointment. I have yet to receive a call back. Definitely looking for another provider.

Have called several times in the past week. No one answers the phone, no one calls me back, and no option to leave a message. After being a receptionist for 3 years I’m baffled and disappointed.

I was never able to schedule the appointment as a new patient. It's a first place where the business is not trying to get you in. I was told that no one would even start talking to me before my PCP sends the referral. That was done. In 2 weeks I decided to follow up just to find out that the fax was never received. My doctor resent it again. I called the office to follow up. The secretary told me that she doesn't know if my fax is in there and transferred me to the new patient coordinator's answering machine where I left a couple messages asking if I can deliver my referral in electronic or paper way. No one called back. Then I gave them 24 hours to answer, called again and asked the secretary if anyone is going to call back. The secretary answered, " They will whenever they find a free minute for that." Nobody ever called.

We had to get in fast the end of August for surgery clearance. We saw Dr. Parikh Shirish who seemed very thorough with us. We were very thankful he squeezed us in. We left with clearance and a follow up for a nuclear stress test & follow-up appointment with the same doctor the end of October. I called the beginning of September to see when it could be scheduled-left a VM; called the middle of September-left a VM; called the end of September-left a VM on the nurse line. By mid-October I called to cancel the follow-up the end of the month with the doctor since I never heard anything from anyone to schedule this test and going to the appointment would be useless. Still never heard anything. The doctor I give 5 stars to but not to the staff. If I can't get any response from anyone to get anything done, it's speaks very poorly of the practice.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! There is no option to speak to a live receptionist. If you leave a message, or five - you will not get a response. People should not have to beg for appointments. Shameful.

Terrible phone service. Being on hold for over 35 minutes before speaking to someone, is terrible customer service!

AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY DR. PARIKH, HE IS RUDE AND WILL TELL YOU SOMETHING BEFORE LOOKING AT YOUR RECORDS FROM THE HOSPITAL AND THEN GO READ THEM AND COME BACK AND TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT, WISH I COULD LEAVE A ZERO
