I visited CVS pharmacy on Saturday, February 10 2024. Pharmacy manager, very nice young lady, was very helpful with my wife prescription pickup, she applied "pharmacy discount" and explained to my wife everything my wife was asking about prescription and insurance coverage.

We are very fortunate to have such nice people taking care of this community. I’m sure CVS Corporate keeps staffing at a bare bones minimum to maximize their profits. So yes, you may have to wait a few minutes. But it’s not like they are staring at their IPhones. More likely, they are hustling to take care of the next customer. Very grateful for them.

Bryanna, an employee at the Balltown Rd CVS, was exceptionally helpful to me. She went above and beyond in assisting me to find a skin product and later a specific toy for a grandchild. This she did, despite being fully engaged in inventory and stocking. She was friendly, knew the store well, and took the time to see to the needs of this customer!

The pharmacy staff are always so helpful and very pleasant pleasant . Sing in the front register is a great person great employee, and always willing to help you find some thing in the store

Today I needed a prescription and pushed the “please fill ASAP” button and it was ready 10min later. I’ve never had issues with getting prescriptions filled here.

Chris is a great store Manager, he is a very friendly understanding guy , he ran his store very professionally he treats his employees with respect , also Benisa is a great cashier and worker. Live shopping at CVS

Grateful to the caring pharmacy staff for helping me get a prescription filled for my son. Originally told it would be $240 at CVS in Burnt Hills but the staff here in Nisky went out of their way, calling our doctors office several times and then finally helping us find a coupon. I’m very thankful that they didn’t just dismiss me but had compassion and helped us.

I will give this location a 5 star due to the pharmacy department. Aimee, who is one of the pharmacists, is a patient and caring person who really takes the extra time to make sure the script is filled correctly. If there are any issues with the order, she will call the doctor or do whatever is needed to get it filled.

I go there often, service is usually quick and professional. Pharmacists are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Manager is SO nice and he works alongside everyone, he doesn't just bark orders. The employees are knowledgeable about the product location and also helpful and polite.

Great service. Staff friendly. They also allowed a substitution on a coupon for makeup. Love their bonus pack item selection as well.

Mario was absolutely amazing. Helped me find everything I needed.

Seems bigger than some other CVS stores around here with a larger selection of goods.
