First-time customer. Terrific customer service: friendly, knowledgeable. I walked in, asked for a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and the salesperson immediately directed me to the store's selection. I was pleasantly surprised and left happy. Bookmarked as a favorite place to stock up for the weekend as I cross the bridge!

Best selection of excellent Bordeaux’s on the East End Of Long Island and I have bought Bordeaux’s from East Hampton to Westhampton ....
The owner is incredibly knowledgeable of all his wines, especially his Bordeaux’s and he is quite a nice guy to have conversation’s with. The other 2 Sag Harbor liquor stores are pale in comparison...

Vast selection of wines and I love love love the Prosecco selection. Great customer service and I really felt the love! Tucked away in beautiful sag harbor, a hidden treasure!

Visited this place today. No one was at the register and so I said "Hello?". No answer, then said "Hello?" again as I then saw the owner at the back of the store, presumably texting on the phone. He finally responded and said "Can't you see I'm busy!" Said nothing and left. At which he said, "Don't come back" and i said "I won't!"

After almost 30 years living in Sag Harbor, i've never had such a bad experience. Was this reaction because I'm a African American?

Terrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would. Me and my friend were denied service due to the “scanner” not reading me and my friends license, yet we are both 24 and the licenses are state issued by the DMV. Don’t go here if your young or else you will be wrongfully accused of using a fake ID. Also it has terrible appeal. You are better off going to the 7-Eleven next door

Owner yelled at me for not saying “thank you” as I was leaving - despite the fact that he’d been on the phone the whole time I was there and never asked if I needed any help. He said he hoped I never came back and should get a haircut.

World class jerk and I have no idea why anyone would ever shop here.
