Fastest atm deposit I've encountered yet! Wish they all worked this quickly!

People at this branch have always been helpful to me. The lady helping me with my insurance checks was very nice. I had no idea what I was doing so thank you!

Nice bank and professional service

Love the tellers at this location. Always sweet and pleasant. But location needs to have more than just the manager be a notary. I went in a week or so ago and the manager was in an interview. It was going to be more than an hour wait and I needed to be in court. I had to drive up the highway to a Kroger store location to ensure there was notary on hand to help me. Before when I had visited this location, one of the tellers was also a notary. Had made life alot easier at this branch..

Good services

The bank and people are nice but the problem is the atm machine. it's often out of service all together or you can make deposits but no withdrawals.

ATM is quick and easy. However, maybe their Assistant VP should refrain from making inappropriate comments about their customers, even when they are just talking over the phone - you never know who is listening.

The manager there is completely rude. I was working with one of the bankers there about maintenance fees and we were talking through the issue just fine. The manager walks up takes over her workers computer and gets real nasty with me for no reason, as if she had no patience for my questioning. I asked to speak with the other lady and she smiles and states that she is the manager I have had a great relationship with us bank for 10 years and never had an experience like this. Definitely looking for other Banks.

This ATM never has any money there's no other US banks in the area and they charge you a fee because you gotta go to another ATM that's not US Bank it's ridiculous.

Its been 30 minutes now and i am still waiting in line at the tube portion of bank that sends the monies into the bank. Kind of ridiculous. Wont be back here again.

Customers are not well informed in bank practices so we rely on the bankers and bank managers to guide us. The manager told me to come in Thursday to get a check cleared. He is off so why schedule me? They lie in your face and then say sorry but the damage is done.
