Pepitos Philly Cheese Steaks

This was very fun experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the food came quickly. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich wasn't the best I've ever had but it was well above average. The French fries were really good. The prices are reasonable and the kids loved their food as well. The ambiance of the restaurant is really fun.

Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The bread was crispy and chewy, the meat was cooked to perfection, the cheese perfectly melted. The meat to topping ratio was also excellent. And the fries were ABSOLUTELY to die for, I don’t know what they batter them in but it’s like a fluffy crunchy potato cloud. I’d come back just to take a bath in their fries and fry sauce. Oh and don’t even get me started on the mozzarella sticks, I’ll be dreaming about those for years to come!! Hands down a must visit when in the downtown Ogden area.

Great food, the staff are super nice, and I love the vibe inside. We had their special with a half sandwich and fries (I was able to sub onion rings on one) -- with a drink, it's only $8. It was a very fair, filling portion. We tried the classic and pepitos Phillys. The Jamaican relish on the pepitos was a bit sweet for my personal taste, but very delicious. Next time I'll ask for provolone over white American cheese, but again, it's just personal preference.

There is a lot of seating and entrances from the front and back sides, so there's a good amount of parking right there. It's accessible from both ends for those who need it, although there is a step between the two seating areas (one in front, one in back), so please bear that in mind.

Overall, highly recommend trying it. When we moved up. The bank teller was raving about Pepitos and she was 100% right! Best Philly I've found north of Salt Lake!

We had the Classic Philly. Cooked to perfection with thin sliced rib-eye, caramelized onions, mushrooms and peppers. I’d say the battered fries are best ever. Our waiter was the best and made us feel very welcome. We will come back.

Fantastic spot on historic 25th street in Ogden! The atmosphere was just what I needed: chill and inviting. Immediately, I felt like I was on the show “Cheers” as the employees greeted me and my party with uplifting attitudes and an “at home” welcome.

The food is phenomenal! Following the recommendations by our server, the sandwich was out of this world with the Jamaican relish and the added spicy mango spread. And the fries: off the hook! Beer battered to crispy perfection. Our appetizer was the mozzarella sticks and were crazy good.

I couldn’t have been more happier with this place. Bring your family or come hang out with the boys/girls and relax because this was the right place.

This was the 4th stop on our Cheesesteak Tour of Ogden (and the surrounding areas). I LOVED this sandwich. The meat was well seasoned, there was a perfect amount of cheese, and they had thicker cut peppers, onions and mushrooms which added some extra texture and flavor. The bread was also very soft. I only had to wait about 5 minutes for my cheesesteak to be ready. I ordered their classic Philly Cheesesteak with American cheese. My only critique was that the sandwich was 11 dollars and was a bit small; the delicious flavor made it well worth the money however. I rated this one in the top 3 places we visited (#3 / 6). Definitely stop by here next time you are in the Ogden area.

This place was Soo tasty! I wouldn't say I'm even a big Philly guy. But it tasted so clean and delicious. Our server Martha did a perfect job too. She was brilliant at meeting our needs before we could even ask, it made our first experience great and we are looking forward to going back.

Really fun place with a fun atmosphere. Clean, and the waiter was super friendly and chill. Really fun decor. The fries were excellent and my husband really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. And of course, the sandwiches were also really good! I prefer cheese whiz, but it was still excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Went in for the tacos, saw somebody with a cheesesteak, ordered that instead! AMAZING and reasonably priced! Friendly staff, clean inside...we will return!

I have been looking for a philly for so long. THANK GOD I found this place! Holy freak their classic is perfect! I did sub out the American cheese for provolone. But I will be back!

The Phillys are delicious and the prices are great. My kids love it too! The $5.95 special is just right.

Sandwich was great. As good a cheese steak as I've ever had. Nice soft roll, good meat and toppings. The cheddar fries were good, but for $4.75, not awesome, a little mushy, possibly due to the order being takeout and in one of those foam boxes.
But I'll definitely go back to try the rest of the menu. Loved the sandwich

My favorite place to go for a Philly Cheese Steak! Their sandwiches are amazing (I go with the Inferno) and my lunch companions enjoyed theirs as well. They have some of the most amazing fries ever (most Philly chees steak restaurants don't even have fries as an option!) and one order is perfect for sharing. They are super accommodating to alterations on their menu (I never get onions, one of my lunch companions doesn't like green peppers but is fine with red). The guy that was working the times I've went is super friendly and is always checking to see if you are needing refills, condiments, etc. which is great since you're never having to flag someone down, he's on top of it!

Had to try this place and it was the best cheesesteak sandwich I have had since being on the east coast.
A perfect ma and pa restaurant. The sandwich was juicy and the fries were awesome but the coleslaw was the best. I couldn't eat it all and I'm a big guy.
Definitely will be going back!

LOVED this little spot! I’ve lived in Utah and Weber county area my whole life and never heard of this place. I heard they had a lunch special and tried it out. They have a great portion size for fries with a half sandwich for the special for about $6. The cheesesteak I got was great! Definitely going here again.

Pepitos was amazing, althea is a sweetheart love having someone sweet and to the point who knows whats on the menu.
