Walgreens Pharmacy

The Walgreens pharmacy staff at the Jennings, MO location  gives the BEST customer service of any I've done business with.  I'd rate them 10-stars if I could.   Your dedication has not gone unnoticed. I have also e-mailed Walgreens corporate customer service to tell them how your great customer service outshines other Walgreens I've visited.

Anytime I go to this pharmacist it's always busy but they always try to be polite and try to get the people out as fast as they can

I called at 8:00 a.m. to refill a prescription. I was on hold to speak to a pharmacist. I could hear the phone connect to someone as if they answered but the line was sent back on hold. This happened about four times before I hung up then called back. When I called back the pharmacist answered "Pharmacy". There was no, Hello thank you for calling, how may I help you" or anything showing good customer service or just being polite. I had to repeat myself 4 times giving him my DOB. He never apologized for the lack of hearing or understanding. He stated I would get a txt msg when refilled. I asked did he know a time frame. He stated an hour and 1/2, it depends. I said ok thank you. He just hung up. During this entire call he did not provide a greeting, sense of politeness, welcoming, or friendliness. It's the a.m. why are you addressing your customers in such a manner. No matter what time of day it is. I get it, we all have problems, days, moments, but we need to be more mindful of how we serve people, This just add to my complaints about when I go to pick up, almost all the time, there is never a welcome or any type of greeting. This pharmacy location provides VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's sad because this is becoming the norm or the expectation for this community and most predominantly black communities. As if WE are not worth BETTER!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO!! I literally came here to get my photos blown up. I was in line and the photo clerk walked away without even asking me what I needed. The cashier stopped me when I was walking out the door but by that time I was like this Walgreens will not be receiving my time or business. TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!!!! I see I will need to take my business to a Walgreens in Creve Coeur or Chesterfield for better customer service.

Lost my daughters COVID test or never sent to the lab. It's been 4 days and lab still has not received. I Waited on hold for 45 minutes while they would answer, say nothing, and put me back on hold. Very ridiculous!

They are Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!!!! I would never ever recommend anyone to go thier.
