Very nice place. The workers are wonderful.

I called yesterday and spoke at length with a very friendly, very helpful gentleman. He was kind, professional and patient but the staff answering today was the complete opposite. Unfortunately the information he provided me was incorrect so when I called now about picking up the prescription, today's staff was less than helpful. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience that was caused by their employee, I was rushed off the phone and spoken to like I was a first grader while he was playfully conversating with his female coworker in the background (giggles and all).
They harshly told me that they would not fill it and while i was inquiring further he said goodbye and hung up while I was speaking. I called back right away assuming i must have misheard but the woman answered and i could overhear the coworker in the background loudly saying "GOODBYE!!". Nobody calls a pharmacy for fun, I was obviously in a situation that I needed assistance with so being mocked and disregarded was not helpful, it was hurtful. I work in the area but will keep not ever again use this pharmacy and I will be sure to refer all my patients to Colonial drugs so that they can avoid the insensitivity I was subjected to.
