To start with, State Farm insurance company is awesome. I've Been a long time customer! Bernie's office has been great. I deal mostly with Melissa, and she's such a pro, she's on her game... very knowledgeable...for example.... I never knew that State Farm was in the car loan business. the rates are very competitive and the last couple of my car's have been financed through State Farm thanks to her suggestion.

My husband and I (and our entire families- my mom and his parents) have been with Bernie since moving to Wisconsin in 1994. We have always felt welcomed at Bernie's office and would never go anywhere else. For years we have been working with Melissa to ensure we have all of our insurance needs met. She is honest, responds quickly to requests, and is so personable. It truly feels like visiting friends when we go to the office.

The staff is very responsive and well versed in all of our various insurance requirements. The policies are reviewed and updated on a regular basis. The coverage limits and costs are discussed in detail and adjusted as/if needed. We feel secure with our State Farm relationship.

When buying a house I was recommended to go with Bernie for homeowners. I also decided to quote the cars. I shaved off several hundred dollars per year. Very easy to call and adjust anything, I call and Bernie's office knows me by name.

They have worked well to ensure I am properly covered. At the last meeting I was actually able to remove some items that need not be covered to lower my rate. My wife and I are trying the drive safe and save program, we'll see in a few month what that discount is. If any thing comes out of it, I want my speed more now.
