Carol was my salesperson and she was patient with my issues acquiring insurance. She held on to the car I wanted and extended me the courtesy of a ride home. Enterprise treated me like person and not sale like the major brand car dealers do. I really appreciated the TLC and patience. I lost my 2012 black Dodge Durango in a car accident this summer. My husband and I looked at all rental car sales and we could not find a black Dodge Durango to replace my old car. When we returned the rental car back to Enterprise in Port Chester, NY, we saw a Dodge Durango GT, but it was white. We asked Joe of Enterprise if it was available for purchase. Joe sent us to Enterprise Car Sales in Larchmont where we met Carol Wagner. Carol was very helpful. Sadly. that white car was not available. Carol showed us a few cars, but I still want a Durango. Carol did not give up, and all of a sudden, she found the car! It was a Dodge Durango 2021 and it was color black! The car passed the certification on the same day. Carol even helped to assure that I would get the car right away. I felt like I was brought to Carol for a reason. It was a very emotional experience, especially when I brought my kids to see our new car. We all had tears in our eyes as if our old car was reincarnated. I know it sounded weird, but that was how we felt when Carol found our new car. The car looks amazing and very clean. It drives really well. We are so happy. I bought my latest car this past weekend with the help of two associates at this location! I started the process with one over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted by someone who matched my family and me with the best car option ever. We received a warm greeting once we arrived, and the manager and assistant manager took time to greet us throughout the journey. The assistant manager, Tricia, is the GOAT of the facility, and she stated, “I will never Leave Enterprise” catchphrase. Both Issac and Tricia took the time to review every need not only my wife and I had but also my son and our family dog, who were absent. The experience became well-rounded when Issac and Tricia informed me that I could return my rental at the car sales location because it was also an enterprise location – TALK ABOUT SERVICE! I am the only driver in my family; therefore, once we started signing the official paperwork for our newest member, the logistics of getting home became relatively easy, but Issac put those fears to rest and checked the rental back into the system for us.
