The pharmacists are very professional and processed my prescriptions in timely manner. I have been a customer for many years.

At 10 pm closes we got there at 9:50 pm they let us in and get our snacks for the road I recommend to get your road trip snacks here

The poor pharmacist was so overworked. Masses of people coming in for shots and medication questions and only one pharmacist on duty who looked completely overwhelmed and overworked. Absolutely disgraceful that CVS is so understaffed. Pharmacist did a wonderful job but I am going elsewhere from now on to help them out. Nobody's job should be hell like this.

How rude and unprofessional the staff at this place is. I’ve never been to this CVS before (The one in 222 North Ave, New Ro is usually my go-to, but I was in Larchmont so I decided to change it to this one). This woman behind the counter (her name is Diana) has no manners and was so unpleasant! Terrible customer service. She was defiant, rude and condescending. I was just there to pick up my medication, I kept thinking “I dont even know you and you are being rude to me!?!?!?”
Please stay away from this pharmacy specifically. I never had a bad experience in the actual store.

The pharmacist Bin C. told my son's new pharmacy that they were unwilling to give them his insurance information. He is either lazy or it's his first day on the job. Either way, don't trust your medications being filled by this incompetent fool.

How do you rate a place that already has 2 stars? Maybe by giving them zero stars. What a trash heap. I got here at 950pm straight from work while google says they're open til 11pm. Turns out they're open til 10pm on the hours listed on their entrance doors.

Well here I am at 950pm, 10 mins before closing, sick 1 year old with a fever who needs a better thermometer and some Motrin. I knock on the door and employee #8 stares me in the pupils and makes the closed sign. I knock again, he does it again. I knock again, he does it aggressively. Like seriously dude and CVS?! You guys are the worst. I hope your all's infants get the same lack of humanity and courtesy.

I used to go to to this pharmacy for over 20 years on a regular basis and it used to be a nice place with friendly employees. Something recently happened and this place took a 180 degrees turn. Inexperienced pharmacists, was waiting for my medication to get filled for almost two weeks, never got it... When I asked why it didn't get ordered and filled on time, the answer was "I don't know". Unacceptable... I took my prescription and went to the Rite Aid, it was filled within 15 minutes.

If I can give this store a negative 0 I would. They have 2 woman there that are absolutely offensive and unprofessional...one being a woman by the name of Michaelena and the other being an African American woman defending Michalenas behavior towards customers. She is nasty, abrasive ,rude and unprofessional and deserves to be on the unemployment line. How CVS would allow these individuals to behave in such a way is an absolute outrage.There was no line that she had to contend with. She is just a NASTY person and this needs to be brought the attention of Senior Management. I will be forwarding a letter to the Chief Executive Officer in detail about my experience at your Chatsworth Ave, Larchmont ,New York Store
