It was cold and frozen outside from the snowstorm and they were able to fix my windshield wiper as it broke due to the ice. Wonderful people!!!

The guys here are great! I recently returned some parts and I got charged again for the parts instead of a refund and didn't realize it. They went as far to look me up online and ended up sending me a message through Facebook about the mistake. I don't believe some of the other retailers out there would put in that much effort to fix an issue.

They have quality employees and parts, I was able to get everything I needed as well as my questions answered. I will definitely be returning to this location

Bought a battery here for at least $40 less than Advanced was selling one for and a 75 month warranty instead of a three year warranty. Guy working there was courteous.

I like that I can always count on NAPA to have a knowledgeable employee behind the counter. Amy went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed when another store dropped the ball.
