Absolutely beautiful place!

NoT surprised at these reviews! The old lady that oversees this business is so unprofessional she hung up on me when I was inquiring about my son's headstone being put down. She won't pass MY mesaage to the real owner says he has no email. What business owner in the 21st century doesn't have email? She is crass uncoothed and insensitive to family's that are in need of caring compassionate beings. She has an attitude all the time I see the same issues in another review. Who wants to deal with the disrespect when it's already hard enough to have to bury my child! She told me she was told to not tell me anything about my son's plot. Which I checked with my son's father and he said he told her no such thing. Which he can't dictate that anyway so for her to even utter that to me shows the lack of empathy and professionalism. I am looking for the OWNER

Placed my bench marker for my daughter August 9th 2022!! I check every 3 months and still the same excuse of I will call you back. Now I'm going to pursue legal.

I Michelle Ludaway paid for my deceased daughter Marissa Jasmine Parks who you should I am alive and paid for her burial and have not displayed to me or her daughters a memorial bench. Your business audiocity is do disrespectful to those who untrusted service upon grief and loss. You have my money and Info to contact me. But choose to post this to my review to you . Shows more unprofessionalism and disregard to others loss of life that you say you are a service of. Devastating is minimal at this point

I’ve been waiting on a bench for my mom that I ordered on 1/17/2023. Today is 7/4/2023. I call repeatedly, and never receive a follow-up call from the owner. I have to keep calling, but never get an answer that explains why this is taking so long. I was told 60-90 days😡

Section 4E is a hot mess.When it rain it nothing but mud all over the place.You get mud on your shoes,pant legs,and track it in your car.If you go to the Department of Commerce they are absolutely no good,they will side with the Cemetery.We all should get together an get a attorney and,file a Class Action Lawsuit.For unfair,deceptive act and practice.Consumer Sales Practices Act r.c.1345.02(a).I bet they will not lay to rest their love ones like this.Totally disgusting.

My mother final resting place at Evergreen Burial Park is like a swamp. I haven't been over there due to all the rain & I don't own rain boots. They really need to get a drain of some sort 😒 it's sad.

This cemetery is so unprofessional its crazy. Every time I come up here or call, the employees have an attitude, there's no sense of concern or empathy. I called a week ago to ask their hours on Saturday, I was told they close at 1 pm, its now Saturday and I got here at 12:45 and the door is locked. I called to leave a voicemail and can't even do that their memory is full. Take your loved ones and your business elsewhere.

Paid for a headstone back in July, haven’t heard anything or been updated. Call and someone says they’ll call back and never calls. I’ve even went up there, they “expedited” the headstone and still haven’t heard anything .

Been waiting on a headstone that was paid for 5 months ago I call everyday for them to tell me I’ll give you a call back and still haven’t received a call back , everytime I call and ask for a update they keep saying we will give you a call back no one calls !

Can’t reach nobody was unable to find my dads number for fathers because it was buried
