Before we hired Terminix we had all sorts of insects and especially stink bugs trying to and sometimes successful getting into our home. Since Tony from Terminix has been my technician which is going on 4 years now. Nothing gets past him. He does a wonderful job and he is very detailed, he always contacts me before he arrives to ask if there is any issues and if there is they are addressed and never a issue again. The products they use are safe for my family and pets. I couldn't ask for more out of Tony or Terminix. Thank You Mike,

The Terminex representative, Tony, did an excellent job in inspecting the house, checking the traps, refilling bait, as well as filling in holes left by woodpeckers. He was courteous, efficient, respectful and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with Tony when he came to our house.

The service was at my daughter's house. She had an unwanted guest up in her attic who was chewing its way through her ceiling to join the family. We called Terminix and they came quickly and set traps. Once the roof was repaired, there was no more commotion in the attic.

Always absolutely wonderful wonderful service all the years we have had them take care all of our home inside and out. Very very wonderful coverage for both inside and outside our extermination on our entire property was always wonderful.

Very pleased with professional tech, Brian. He was careful to explain the purpose and function of gel placed in a caulk crack by sink, avoiding exposure to food, etc, there, and explaining the spray barrier around perimeter of house. He identified the type of ants and probable entrance, assured us we could call for no charge additional visit within 3 weeks, if problem not cleared up.

We had Terminex when we lived in Madison. So we of course called them when we moved back to Germantown. I have always liked there service and if we needed them to come out for any reason they were always there. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control.

I love the friendliness, knowledge, and consistency of professionalism across the nation that Terminix provides. I usually prefer local companies but Terminix solves all our needs with the right price and service level. Thanks!
