You will not find better service, prices or selection anywhere else! I purchased my first ever e-bike here, and (to no fault of the shop) had the need for service multiple times right away. Dan, and the staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful during the entire process. I am infinitely grateful that I went to Paradise, because sales can be made anywhere, but expert service is rare, and you can find it in Paradise!

I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon with my vintage road bike for the free evaluation. The service tech Maddie did an amazing job going over the bike. I recommend visiting this shop and appreciate that they have a donation pot for people who aren’t able to afford services.

I've been here twice and each time have been treated so kindly...I had a lot of questions during my visit earlier today and the two guys who helped me out were awesome in answering them and taking care of a very quick and efficient tire repair. The neighborhood is so lucky to have such a resource so easily available with such a knowledgeable team. Nice job guys--looking forward to coming back!

Had a pretty ordinary experience at the OSU bike way which prompted me to go to PG. Amazing customer service and price for a broken bottom bracket. Please dont go to amatuers and make PG your first stop bike shop.

Paradise Garage built me a beautiful custom wheelset at a very reasonable price. They were super nice throughout the process. They also support the courier community. I always feel welcomed and enjoy stopping by for small parts or big. They also have a very good tire collection.

I got a spoke fixed on my bike yesterday and the back of my bike feels new. The mechanic fixed the rear derailleur and the brake. I always get a pro job done. And the staff a great people with drive and determination to always make me happy. I even love the smell of that place. Thank you, your the best in the business

GREAT experience here: was trying to find some specific tires from Rene Herse (RH) in Seattle. RH has NO phone number or email to even ask a question. Google search indicated that PG was a local distributor. I used the text function on their webpage and after multiple texts with Tony - was able to determine what I needed and them special ordered. I was out of town when tires came in, but picked them up yesterday - thanks, Emily! Even today I had a question (if tread was bi or uni-directional). Once again PG made a recommendation. My only issue is with parking in the Short North! I guess I'll have to ride my bike there instead of taking the car. Thanks PG and shout out again to Tony and Emily!

Not one to write reviews typically but I got a tune-up here and WOW. Could feel the difference in my bike immediately. Was such a pleasure to ride. On top of that, they're clear, communicative, and do everything they say they will. (They got me in within ten days for my tune-up.) Been looking for my go-to bike garage in Cbus for five years and am glad to have found it.

I bought one bike from PG years ago and have stopped by a few times since. Most recently, I needed a small part that's hard to buy one of but that bike shops have piles of. They were awesome and helped me out no questions asked!

I wanted a good hitch mount platform bike carrier and they recommended the Kuat Sherpa which was a great recommendation for what I wanted. I love it. Side note on the way to loving it— I decided to assemble it myself (even though they offered to do it) and it had too much give in it. I brought it back and they quickly identified the problem. I had inverted the end caps. They offered to reassemble it on the spot and did so. I have also brought my bike there several times for minor repairs. Five stars for all of these things as I’ve had a great experience in all of them. Highly recommended. Will definitely continue to be a customer.

My favorite Columbus Bike shop. Great service, great bikes, and great people. And the fact that they are somewhat local to me (less than a 10 minute drive) makes it all the better.

Update: still my favorite shop, though I've moved 10 minutes further from them. They treat their customers well, and have some great employees. A couple of their mechanics have been there since I started getting my bikes serviced here, and I feel they are probably the best bike mechanics in the the Columbus area.

This is the best bike shop in Columbus hands down. The service team is great as are the rest of the employees. They have the best selection of bikes/components in town and their service is well priced, of high quality, and the turn around times are much faster than other shops.

I had been searching around town for a road bikes for about two weeks with nothing to be found. They had quite a few specialized brand bikes in stock, and they do an excellent job of updating what they have via social media. So if you are looking for a bike, I would check there first. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Despite the location next to a very busy street they actually have a very good side street to test ride bikes on. Would definitely recommend.

This place is awesome. I’ve been in a couple of times and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Most recently I went in to get my pedals exchanged and they did it for free. 10/10 recommend.

Best bike shop anywhere around! When we lived in Columbus we made Paradise Garage our go-to spot for bike maintenance, parts, and accessories. Their team treats you with respect no matter your gender or biking style; traits not always seems at other shops. Highly recommend!
