I've not had much problems with them if u need a bwc attorney Mark heinzerlin he joined Agee clymer and Mitchell but as long as u do what you're suppose to do you're checks will continue seen a post about someone n their kids got thrown on the street but you should've went to you're appointments with the doctor to have you're medco 14 filled out n u fill out you're paper work every three month u should have no issues they didn't get u thrower out u got you're self thrower out but never had a bad expieriance with them myself yet I've been on little over three years but mine was a catastrofic case

The worst Government agency you will ever have to deal with! Don’t count on being compensated as an injured worker you will starve and your bills will go unpaid but if you go work while you have an injury they will sue you so it’s starve or suffer .. 5 months not a dime in payments after being injured on the job just now supposedly I’m getting paid soon. I have called and sent in the required documentation 3 times and they still continue to send bills monthly growing more and more expensive get rude with every call telling me I owe them money for a policy my father had. They have sent the account to collections so I’m fighting this as well. My father has been dead for two years, I have had to buy THREE death certificates to send in to them and they still argue and degrade me telling me they don’t have them and the money is still owed. They’re atrocious. My most recent conversation with the supervisor Elizabeth was by far the worst experience. She literally told me it’s not her problem.

Extremely neglected and malpractice if you ask me. They wouldn't let me have surgery for 9 months and then wanted to know why I'm having so much issue. They need sued for negligence and discrimination for my weight!!!!. They don't even deserve one star. Bet when one of them arr injured they get it taken care right away!!!!!!

All they do is drag their feet, make promises they don't intend to keep and waste time. If I waited for them to do the right thing, I'd be homeless.

I'm a business without employees and tried dropping them. I was being charged the whole time. They turned a collection in with the ohio attorney General. I don't even have employees. Gosh damn crooks.

They are scamming people for they money. This is worst company in Ohio. Their only job is to make sure you don't get any help. Very evil people with no accountability.

Their doctors lie on every report. Had a doctor I didn't even see complete my report. How is that legal? Still can't move my arm and their doctor said I move fluidly. Still waking up in worst pain but their doctor said I showed no signs of pain. They even said I don't need any treatment or physical therapy to get better. I've been to 4 different doctors from different medical practices that all diagnosed me with an injury but the workers comp doctor finds nothing. How is that even possible? This should be illegal.
