If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for a Covid vaccine with my friend and it was sketch. The pharmacist didn’t wear gloves even though they were right there and we asked him to put them on and didn’t even put a bandaid on after. Everything just felt off. It wasn’t professional at all. They asked for a social security number on a printer paper. Why didn’t they have an actual form? There were no instructions and didn’t even wait to see if we were okay just told us to leave. Come on, do better.

Insurance was billed on 6-4 for 2nd moderna shot that I never received. Now I can not get 2nd shot because insurance is claiming I got 2nd shot. Waited at CVS for an hour today while lady was on phone with insurance company and place is closed today so I can not get 2nd shot until infinity pharmacy fixes this. Not happy they claimed I got 2nd shot and I did not was at work all day yesterday.
