I bought a book online 13 days ago and the status chnaged to shipped two days later and still it is on the same status. Today when I called for checking the latest status, they said that not only it is not shipped but also they do not even have the book on stock! And they can not even cancel my order and I should get the book and return it after paying two shipments after God knows how many days ... by the way the same book is available on the Springer site for buying and it has free shipping!

It's very difficult to return a purchase. I've called numerous times and left emails and never get any answer. Now i have to drive 45 minutes away to return an item. It's a hassel and i'll never order here again.
