Never had to experience having to deal with this place, but a woman named Suzi there likes to hide behind her Facebook profile and berate, laugh and make fun of people for their political beliefs. If these are the type of people you employ then I feel sorry for the people that you do have to deal with... I won't say last names but it rhymes with Callinger! Not to mention the people you make fun of are elderly.

Does anyone answer the phone at this number??? I am simply trying to confirm receipt of a background check for a client and have been calling and leaving voice-mail for days with no response and no answer. A government agency has no representatives to answer their calls???

Elderly homebound person needs updated state ID to obtain benefits. State ID's extended to July 1, 2021 due to COVID19. BMV not doing homebound visits. Ohio Department of Aging refers to county area agency on aging who has no knowledge of the program. No ID means no benefits!

I haven’t experienced it but so much for beating people up and lying for it.. not cool at all. People shouldn’t even be going to this place and if you don’t listen to what’s happened follow my Instagram @_brockshunny to check my story and get it like that! You shouldn’t be beating people up this department is for looking after old people not beating people up and tryna get away with it by lying and saying she fell off a chair! I’m almost 14 years ooollldd get it right will you! It’s already viral so your gonna get caught anyway, good luck trying! More like a no star experience
