Great employees and prices similar to other wax salons. One FYI though, the area around the store is slightly sketchy and there is only street parking available. So just be aware of your surroundings ladies :)

I arrived a mess and with my daughter (4 month old). Everyone was so kind and didn't make me feel bad for when she cried. It was one of the first outings we had so I was nervous. Everyone was above and beyond kind and sweet. They did a fantastic job on my brows and bikini. I will absolutely be back. Thank you.

Have always had the best waxing experience here! Have gone regularly for years and have even driven two hours from living a good distance away to come back! Every employee has always been welcoming, kind, and helpful. Destinique of course always does an impeccable job! I don't know what I'll do if this place closes or if I move states away!

I had the best wax experience of any place I’ve been. While waxing is never comfy, I had the least amount of pain I’ve ever had. LaTia was quick, thorough, and gentle. The technique there is great, and I really appreciated her excellent service.

I’m a truck driver teaming with my husband and we come through Columbus often but I don’t go to new wax spots because I’ve had some really bad experiences (especially at European Wax Center). She is personable, funny, super sweet and so attentive to detail. I felt so well taken care of and pampered - got my face waxed (brow, lip, chin), Brazilian and mistakenly booked inner thigh 🤣 and I left feeling like a smooth pampered princess! ❤❤❤ Love you LaTia!

I had a great experience at this location. LaTia was very personable and thorough. As far as waxing goes, it was practically painless and not much redness from what I’ve had in the past.

Definitely would recommend this place 100x over European wax center. This is the second time I got a Brazilian done at waxpott and I have to admit the first Time I wasn’t all too thrilled about it. It was mainly due to the first wax specialist I had not being as thorough with making sure most of the hair was pulled off. I had some left over and I feel like she could have done a better job. Plus it was quite which made the experience a bit more awkward. She was nice but I just didn’t feel like the service was really worth the price with her.

But then today I was setup with Grace and I have to say she’s AMAZING. She was super sweet and talked the whole time making the process not awkward at all! She explained what was happening as she moved along, also recommended some products for ingrown hairs and overall was super pleasant! And she was SO thorough with trying to get almost every hair! I didn’t even have to ask because she was already on it by making sure to go back for any stragglers. Because of her I love this place! Also the wax they use really helps with preventing any ingrown hairs, and it definitely is not as painful as hard wax, which tends to rip away small pieces of your soul with every strip.

If ur going to get a Brazilian done, ask for Grace, trust me you won’t regret it!

Gretchen is absolutely fantastic!! EXTRA CLEAN and inviting facility with spotless rooms. Always prompt on the appointment time and no waiting. Staff is very friendly and easy going. I am a monthly visitor and have many areas waxed and Gretchen always does an A+ job. She is very professional, easy to get along with, and friendly to talk to during the session. She REALLY DOES care about her clients and it shows. I have tried several and NONE compare to this place! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best waxing services in Columbus at reasonable prices!

The Waxxpot is AMAZING. The building is extremely clean and inviting. The staff all have amazing personalities, and they are extremely professional. I got my first Brazilian wax here and I love it. I'm always in and out the door within 10 minutes. It's pretty addicting once you try it because they make it painless. As long as I'm living in Columbus this will be my spa of choice for waxing.

It was the most painless wax I've ever had. Jamie was friendly and professional, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. Best of all, it was quick! They have a great selection of bath and body products, and candles, and I purchased a couple items which I love. I will definitely return.

UPDATE: I called them and they had me come back in free of charge! The manager also called me personally saying that I could come back in and have everything taken care of free of charge. Staff is amazing and it seems that it’s a common problem with the first time waxing. After the touch-up I would definitely recommend this place!

Just to preface: I was about 7 minutes late to my appointment, so they may have been rushed. I went here to get a waxing service. The ladies working there were very friendly, but the service was not good. There were patches of missed hair, which was disappointing.

This is the best wax place I have been. The staff is very friendly I had my nails done on an impulse it was quick and it lasted. I usually cant keep polish on for more than a couple days this lasted nearly two. You can't top the wonderful professional staff the prices are reasonable. I can not say enough good things about them.

Just moved to the area, and I did some research about waxing salons around town. This was one of the most recommended places. They were very nice via phone and in person, and even held my appointment by a few minutes while I looked for parking at the downtown location (because parking is miserable).
My appointment was pretty quick, and Alex was more than accommodating to my needs (ie getting me water, giving me as long as I needed during the appointment, etc.)
Having 50% off of the first appointment is always nice as well, and a great way to get people in the door; and compared to other places in the area, even paying full price is a really good deal by at least $20 before tip and tax.
I will be coming here from now on for sure, maybe arriving a bit earlier to ensure I find parking :)

This is my third time coming to this place to get my brows done. It's |THE| best place to get brows waxed/tinted.

I had a great experience. Hope was super helpful keeping me calm during a Brazilian, leg, and underarm wax. She was professional and I’m happy with how it turned out. I went to take advantage of a promotion but, if I needed a wax again I would go back Here

Perfection in waxing!! I have been to this location twice and its fast and easy. The wax professional that I see is very prompt and has never left me waiting for more than a couple minutes. They use quality wax and it doesn't hurt like other waxes I have had. I also think the prices are good. And they give your first visit free or 25 dollars off if you get a wax that costs more than 25 dollars. So you can try it out with no worry. Highly recommend

Wow! I can't say enough great things about The Waxxpot! I came here after the spa I usually go to couldn't fit me in their schedule and haven't looked back since. Everyone there is so friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. The cherry-on-top are their amazing prices and super fast service. If a Brazilian wax could ever be a wonderful and pleasant experience, they're as close as you can get! Highly recommended :)

Waxing with Ronnie is a breeze! I absolutely recommend them! I'm still new to waxing personally and everyone I've encountered has been quick to educate and answer all my questions. Great spot!

Update: Still getting waxed with Ronnie! They take great care to clean the space and make you feel safe & comfortable. My last visit was my first time in a long time and I never felt uncomfortable. I was able to be spaced away from people and I really only saw 3 other people.

Went in first thing this morning and talked to a female employee (blond/black hair, short bangs) I believe her name was Ronnie Little (that's what was on my receipt). Told her my situation with a bad eyebrow waxing a few days before and my wedding is TODAY!
She was 100% sweet, understanding, asked me what I wanted and went step by step checking along the way of how I felt what I wanted and what else she could do!
Fixed my brows and now I'm not self conscious about them for the big day!!
