On two different occasions, my wife and I contacted Senator Brown about issues we were having. One with the IRS and the other with Medicare. Senator Brown's office resolved both promptly and to our satisfaction.

Who gave Senator Brown less than 5 stars? My dear friend and an Afghanistan war vet who did 4 tours of duty was having her disability claim blocked by the VA . He personally wrote a letter and got it done ! Then he followed up with her to make sure she was okay and see if she needed further assistance. She is a Republican( just so you know he fights for all of Ohio). He always does what is right and fights for the people of our state . He is one of the very few honest , hard working and well meaning politicians left on the planet .

I’ve known Senator Brown for several years and I appreciate his hard work for Ohio citizens. More importantly, I admire his concern for those who are less fortunate or elderly. I have practiced social work for over 40+ years and Sherrod has always fought for better conditions for those who are disadvantaged in any way. It is a good feeling to know that someone in Washington actually cares about Ohioans. I am truly proud to cast my vote Sherrod Brown .

I have been trying to get my veterans records since 1997.and I had no luck with that but I contacted the senate and asked him a question. did he think that I was imaging my military service. because at this point I was thinking that I was crazy. nobody anywhere could locate my1 service records and one I received a yellow envelope with my service records. only bad stuff. nothing that is important or revelant . I started crying because this was a big start.
I want to thank you

Left a VM to Senators office on a Tax returns issue....I thought they would ignore my VM but, to my surprise they returned back to me through email A week later and asked to share the Document proofs and the signed right to represent letter... I did delay in sending the requested details due to my scanner issues.... after 2 weeks Senator’s team(Mr. Henry) did call me to follow up on the details requested... I felt glad when they did that.... I sent those details and in few hours got an email from the Senator’s Email DL, stating that your concern with proofs were sent to Tax advocate for further processing and you will be reached out if anything required to pursue on this”, later they kept me updated about the status every month with out fail, interim if they have any updates from agency or "Tax Advisors" they did update me adhoc. Later when there was a prolonged delay from the IRS, Senator's team escalated the case through "Tax advisories" and made sure to get the response from the agency about case status, i also received a letter from Senator stating what all was done till date and conveying appologies for the delay though it wasn't their fault, finally i got my Tax returns back after 18 months, though it was delayed still if the sentor's team hadn't involved i would not have received my money back.

I am an Non-immigrant working in USA legally, i don't have right to vote yet, helping me politically would not help the senator still the team treated me just like how they treat a citizen

Thank you Senator Brown and Team!!

Met SHERROD Brown in Middletown, OH in 1983 when he was Ohio Secretary of State. As US Postal worker since '95 we were told in 2010 that our Dayton mail processing plant would be CLOSED, THANKS TO SHERROD Dayton is still OPEN!

I get answers from his office unlike mr. Portman. He works for the country but with priority for Ohio's interest.
