Wow hands down the most questionable bank I have ever worked with. Beware if you have a auto loan with this company they do not send out statements. The only time you will get any sort of statement from them is when your loan has gone past due and they hit you with fees. Beyond that they are extremely difficult to work with, they do not answer their phone or return calls. A rep also just hung up on me when I was asking a simple question.

-5 stars if possible. Worst bank/loan I've ever dealt with. Any time I've had a question I call for days/weeks and leave several voicemails. No one there knows how to return a call considering I call over and over choosing different prompts and leave message after message. I just have to keep calling and calling and calling. Sold truck mostly because I HATE DEALING WITH THIS BANK.!!! When looking at a new truck they suggested this bank and I told the lot absolutely not. I'll walk away from the deal I refuse to deal with this bank. Do not recommend.

Worst bank ever I highly recommend to go through someone else for your needs they never answer the phone or Al’s me days to get ahold of somebody absolutely the worst bank

when i switched insurance and because they did not get notification right away they put on some ridiculous insurance for $6000 for 3 months and when i gave them verification that i had insurance they still charge me 1500 for being late. never seen anything like this they are the worst. and there is no one you can talk to for help....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN
They require you pay them thru a 3rd party portal but you can NEVER access the details of your loan (acct# / Bal Owed, etc) and three weeks of trying to reach them has been fruitless. Never answer phones, do not respond to phone messages or email. I'm locked out of their system (but not the PAY system) I have no idea what I still owe, or even if it's already paid off. I have never been treated this bad by ANY financial institution. If you have any other choice take it.

Refuses to answer the phone, do not go with this bank.

Called 9 times today so far, still haven't talked to anyone, I've tried multiple options in the directory just to see if I can get to a human but no go.

Can't get in touch with anyone to help with questions regarding my account. I have never dealt with an insufficient bank like this before. Do yourself a favor and walk away.. actually, run away!

Dealt with this place for a car loan and their customer service and professionalism is extremely poor on several different occasions. They were unwilling to work with me on a miscommunication where I tried to pay off my car loan early but was charged a fee for doing so. I wanted to avoid the fee and either get a refund to continue to pay monthly or just put that payment towards the next few months. The lady who was extremely rude pretty much told me, too bad the payment had already been processed a week ago.

Over the length of my loan I've made multiple calls to try to get answers or resolution on certain things. I get told that I've either called the wrong office, the person I need to specifically speak with isn't there/isn't available, been placed on hold for 45+ minutes to have the phone hung up, and multiple emails that go unanswered. I'm not asking for much other than the information any reputable bank should provide. Cannot wait until this loan is paid off, because I'll never be using them again.

Don’t ever get a car loan from them. I don’t see how this company hasn’t been sued into oblivion for all their shady business practices. I’m having my lawyer contact them next week. If you get a loan with them you will regret it.

Absolute horrible bank, can't get in touch with anyone. They repod ny car because their auto payments got screwy finalky gor in contact with someone and sent over the payment including late fees and missed payments and they say i need to wait 10 business days before they release although the payment shows it's processed. Absolute joke of a bank and customer service

Terrible bank.
Set up auto and had issues with a late fee that kept building, when I'd call was told system was down consistently. So late fees kept accumulating, finally when someone called me to resolve the issue the banks policies are late fees are held in place till a years worth of payments. Woman who I spoke to was rude about it

This bank has terrible customer service. When trying setup auto pay monthly their system set it to every Monday. When I called and talked to them they acknowledged the issue but refused to return the money that they weren’t supposed to have anyway due to their “policies”. They refused to help solve the issue and was rude on the phone. If you bank with them, do NOT do auto pay

I’ve never had such a hard time making a payment on anything in my life and they do absolutely nothing to help

car has been totaled for a month now .. yet to receive the letter of guarantee to have vehicle paid off !!

Impossible to talk to an actual person, no matter what prompts you try. Do not recommend.
