Help is right there when you need in front part of store and the pharmacy is crowded if you go in certain parts of the day I always ran into a line of people waiting around 4 pm and noon time too but they move people thru quickly and there's not a long period of waiting in line but sometimes it's slow

This store has recently undergone a remodel. The pharmacy is a very busy pharmacy. I do get reminder calls on my prescriptions. Also I can get them dropped off to my home. I am a care pass member. Coupons and rewards that you have earned are given after every transaction. If you get a $1.00 or $10.00 reward, then tell the staff you are going to shop a little more. I did this 3 times in a row without leaving the store. I find if I leave it, I usually forget to use the money I earned. I have only had friendly service at this store. I don't shop specifically with coupons because they have a small supply of household items like food and cleaners. However, if you have to pick something up quick and are waiting for your prescription, I have picked up some bread and snacks. They are not a grocery store so don't expect them to have unlimited supply. Even grocery stores run out of items if people have a lot of coupons.

I have never used this pharmacy since we don't live in Lancaster but the front of the store is always clean and well organized. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am always able to find the sale items they have advertised. The care pass program is an excellent one that I would highly recommend.

Came in during late hours looking for eyeglass repair kit which was out of stock. Amber listened to my concerns, story, and was very involved in my issue and went out of her way to help me find an alternative solution, especially since all other stores were closed by that time. She was very nice and it was excellent customer service.

The staff was very helpful friendly I will go back there as soon as I need some thing that they sell or go there to look at the many products they have and possibly purchase items

This pharmacy is the absolute best and has some of the friendliest employees I have seen around lately. Unfortunately there are a lot of rude customers that I witness yelling and cussing at the employees for no reason when I'm in there. It's Covid times, everywhere is short staffed and people need to realize this. Especially the lazy people of Lancaster who don't have jobs and are on welfare. I'm tired of people being rude to retail and food workers as it see it happening all the time anymore, no matter if I'm at Walmart or McDonalds. Grow up people

I use CVS for all of my family's prescriptions. They always have my refills ready and if an issue occurs, they are very helpful at getting things resolved for me. With their stores pretty much everywhere, when I go on vacation, it's easy to arrange anything for where I'll be.

Thanks to pharmacy employee Lauren, I'm sure no one enjoys working a holiday but she helped alot on Thanksgiving Day. Located a medicine that was needed and also negotiated thru some pricing for me. Big Thanks!

CVS is amazing in itself. Their app is horrible trying to clip coupons and see weekly ads. It’s constantly freezing

CVS is my go-to place for all things medical. The Minute Clinic is great for things like sore throats, sports and camp physicals, and sinus infections. The pharmacy and clinicy are prompt, courteous, and will work with I insurance when possible.

Had a Moderna booster. It was fast and efficient. The pharmacist who administered the shot was competent, informative and personable.

Love shipping here especially when I have coupons. Their extrabucks program is the best!

They have a rapid covid test they can do here. Just signup online to determine eligibility and they have you come in after calling. Results in about an hour, quick and relatively painless

Always friendly and stopped well with self checkout.
