Tim Hortons

One of the better Tim Hortons experiences I have had.
This store is well sized with friendly and quick staff.

Very friendly and helpful with any suggestions and selections, even during a rush.

The gentleman that waited on us was Tim. He was very polite. I was impressed how he sounded when I said thank you, he responded with your welcome. His tone sounded like him truly mean it. I hope he waits on us again. Thank you Tim for your kind words.

A young lady named Hope waited on us this afternoon, she was wonderful and wanted to insure our coffees were as we wanted them. She was super kind and the kind of person you want waiting on you! We actually had stopped going to this TH due to the run down look and bad service we had in the past, we decided to try to again today and we’re shocked at the difference, it was clean, nice furniture, friendly helpful staff, such a huge improvement! Hope keep up the good work you were wonderful! 💗

Great service. Jordan was very kind to us. I like that they have non-dairy vegan coffee options like almond milk, coconut milk, and oat milk.

I always get a box of Tim Bits to go home, no Tim Hortons I know of in Maryland yet! Today was great, the guy behind the counter was awesome, engaging, and friendly, kudos to him making it a great experience.

I've never had a less than exceptional experience at this tim hortons. The staff is great.

Great staff, fresh food, and amazing fresh coffee. Some areas could have used a clean up especially when four employees are just standing around.

That creamy coconut ice coffee is so so so yum! And I can't pass up their stake wrap

Tim Horton's has the BEST COFFEE ever!!! It's way way WAY better than the overly priced "Starbucks" brand!!! Great coffee, at a great affordable price. Good customer service, I dont have any complaints about the service or the prices here at this location... However though, I will say that the drive through speaker system here is JUNK. You cant even here what they are saying to you, even if you shut the car off and turn the radio all the way down, you still can hardly here what they are trying to say through that speaker. But I do love this place. But if you go through the drive through, just know you've been made aware that the intercom is very hard to hear.

You can drive-through or eat in. I drove through and ordered a large original coffee with 4 creams and 4 Stevias for $1. The original coffee is always $1 after 1pm and it doesn't matter what size you get. I got the large. They have a nice selection of food to choose from. Come check them out.

Great coffee, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Pretty busy in the mornings so be prepared to wait. Donuts are just average in my opinion, but 'donut holes' are good.. Pricing is affordable and they routinely have deal and seasonal drinks. Recommended!

Drive thru service polite and fast. Donuts were fresh and the Iced Capps were delicious.

This Tim Hortons has always been a favorite! They do a great job getting the drive thru orders filled in a timely manner. The employees are usually very friendly.

I love that even if when they are busy for morning, the line moves quickly and my food is almost always correct. Even then there isn't any attitude, they just fix it.

In my book they can do almost everything that the other $$$ place does. Notice I DIDN'T give them any free advertisement...LOL. Always great coffee and fresh doughnuts. O yes and those wonderful folks at the New Albany location that take your order are the best! They just need to "smile" a little. Hey...

They were pretty busy but it went fast. Coffee itself was delicious. I was glad they asked if we wanted sleeves. Was perfect drinking temp.

Lightning fast service in the drive-thru all times of the day, but especially in the morning when you desperately need your coffee. Coffee is always hot which is so important. I never grow tired of the heavenly smell inside, or of their donuts or Iced Capps! Neither did my Gunner-dog! They give your pets free Tim bits at the drive-thru!!!❤

I don't shop there as often as I used to I've been trying to limit my ice caps. I do wish that they hadn't changed their flavors now they make them too strong I like them when they had the originals that I still go there and they do try to please me and I'm grateful for that

The iced capp is a forever classic! With other food and donuts, this is gonna be a win every time!

Best hot chocolate in lancaster. I won't even go to east main street. Memorial drive is the best. Open 24 hours. Has wifi. Always friendly. Fresh baked goods daily! Love it !
