Alley Park

Such a wonderful park. The story trail around the lake is a great addition for young kids to enjoy. Beautiful park!

Great park in Lancaster. There are many things to do. All in a beautiful setting. The trails are well maintained and range from mild to difficult. Along the trails you can see fascinating rock formations. For fishing there is Lake Loretta and the smaller Twin Lakes. There are also shelter houses, a cabin, covered bridge, a lodge that you can rent out, nature center, plenty of parking, lots of open green space and permanent restrooms. I didn't see any playground equipment.

Wow what a gem so close to Lancaster! This place has great scenery, nice trails, and a beautiful pavilion that can be rented for events. It was not too crowded when we went either; a welcome break from the fall crowds at Hocking Hills.

We went with the school field trip to the nature center. Learned a lot about rocks and geology, walked the woods, then learned about pond life. Beautiful park by itself. If you come for the nature center, it's very educational and the staff are great at teaching.

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a special event. Views for days! I captured the most beautiful Fall photos here! Great hiking trails as well! The covered bridge was an added bonus. Highly recommend coming here! Gorgeous grounds and lake!

The Alley Cats were awesome. But a stray dog showed up at the concert and had to be thrown out by the Alley Patrol for disturbing the cat litter. Once the stray dog was out all went pretty well. One of the Alley Cats was purring so loud it woke up the sleeping squirrels. But it didn't seem to bother them. I kinda think the squirrels enjoyed them Alley Cats.

What a wonderful outing! Loved the scenery! I could live here! Wish I could see this in the Fall, as it would probably be lovely. The covered bridge is a treat.

Beautiful, idyllic place! My son & I really enjoyed looking down from the covered bridge & seeing frogs, turtles, fish, & a snake! It is a wonderful place to hike & immerse into nature.

Beautiful park. Great place to bring families for a day of relation and even fishing. Have visited on several different occasions, most recently to do pictures to support a rescue Grateful Acres Pets Adoption and Sanctuary in Amanda Ohio.

Beautiful park with a big pond and hiking areas. This park hosts several community events, camps, and field trips throughout the year. Also, a popular wedding and birthday spot with it's outdoor education area and the beautiful Goslin Nature Center with a deck overlooking the pond.

Beautiful place to go for a walk or hike. And if you're looking for a beautiful place to get married, their Lodge is it! I've photographed a few weddings at this location, and they're stunning.
