Had a dental cleaning with Patricia Paine which was an absolutely awesome experience!!! She is very professional and when she is done ur whole mouth feels renewed !!
Dr Campbell checked her work and it was perfect. They are an team if u need dental work. I would highly recommend them !!

As this is my third review of Equitas—prior were for Medical and Pharmacy—I fear being considered a fanboy or an employee. I’m not an employee but I am a huge fan. Their holistic approach to health and wellness suits me nicely. My doctor noticed I had quit seeing my psychiatrist—definitely not a fan of her—and suggested Equitas Behavioral Health. I was quite fortunate in being assigned to Andrew Gadek. Unlike many Psychiatrists who rush you through and hand you a stack of prescriptions Andrew took ample time and asked me thorough questions. More importantly he listened to my answers. He is The Best behavioral health practitioner I’ve ever worked with. I don’t feel I’m being treated like a number. Andrew makes me feel like an individual with unique needs and challenges. He has helped me enormously. Every single person I’ve encountered at Equitas is exceptional. I wish to thank each and every one because being treated there has changed my life and I am abundantly grateful.

I was scheduled a 9:00 am dentist appointment for a cleaning however the lady that was to do it didn't come in today. They called me to reschedule but I was already there normally I would have to reschedule and come back another time ( anything morning is always problematic due to health related issues) but for the kindness, willingness, and understanding Dr. Campbell came to my rescue and performed my cleaning he didn't even hesitate when they explained my situation to him. Once again thank you Dr. Campbell for doing an excellent job and going beyond your normal workload 💯👏👍

I was so well cared for at this location. The inclusivity in their language is unlike anything I have experienced at the doctor. All of the staff was kind, respectful, and addressed everything I had concerns with. After just having a hard time in my life, it was so nice to feel taken care of. It’s so cool that everything is Id one building. Overall really good first experience.

I had the greatest visit today with dr.campbell today at Equitas dental I actually guessed he had probably been practicing for several years but only to discover that it was actually 1 year, huge thank you to dr.campbell today you were just awesome you took just fantastic care of me your technique was just amazing bed side manner one of the best ive saw in some time i thank you so much, patty & kim and Nate the dental hygienist at Equitas dental are all just so professional and very friendly which has made my visits here just excellent, its great to hear some soft music playing in the background also,great to calm the dental visit nerves, thank you dr.campbell & team at Equitas dental Columbus ohio you all are just amazing, i will be back!

We call Equitas The Fun Dentist in our household. Always a good experience.

The pharmacy texts me to let me know when my prescriptions are ready, which is super convenient. My provider is great at communicating with me via the MyChart app about lab results, questions, etc. I notice a common complaint that patients have issues contacting but I’ve always managed to get ahold of someone each time I’ve called. As for scheduling appointments, I do that via the app and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve been a patient here for a year this June and so far this place has exceeded my expectations!

I just had my appointment yesterday and I got a call today about my labs being all good. Most medical offices don’t call unless there’s a issue. This is a very lgbtq friendly office. I have never felt safe and comfortable in a doctors office. I felt seen and heard by all the staff. My prescriptions were ready downstairs in about 15 minutes after my appointment! Which is fine because they have a cafe which was pretty good too! I recommend this doctors office to everyone looking for a primary physician!

Andrew Gadek is a great doctor, the first doc I feel is actually helping me! I have no complaints about equitas they are helpful and kind, and helping me get fixed up. I’m grateful to have access to a judgement free clinic that accepts my insurance.

Bella at the front desk made this last appointment so fun. We need more of her in this world. 10/10 experience.

Kat at the front desk is awesome, she makes sure that those who's name hasn't been legally changed yet is hidden and she writes your preferred name by hand. That little extra step she does just shows how much she cares.
Aside from the front desk, I see Dr Seifert who's a literal saint. She's very caring and easy to talk to and I've had no issues with her or the whole facility. They've made getting started on my transition easy and painless. 10/10 recommend. The pharmacy staff is great too, the same guy helps me every time I'm there. He happens to be the guy who showed me how to do my own shot. I think his name is Phil, thanks everyone at Equitas.

I've been going here for over 2 years. My doctor is absolutely amazing and she changed my life personally. She listened to my problems and did everything she could to get me together. I couldn't ask for more! If you're looking for a welcoming friendly non-judgmental environment this is the place for you! LGBTQ friendly as well ! :)

I was very nervous about my first appointment, but they were very nice from reception to check in then the actual appointment. Everyone was caring and compassionate. They understood my concerns and listened to me and answered all my questions. Thank you so very much to Michael Frost and all the staff I talked to on February 14th 2020. Thank you for providing a safe and comforting place for me and other transgender people. You are amazing and wonderful! Thank you!!!

The staff here is just amazing. They take all the time you need to make sure each patient is thoroughly taken care of. They also know who you are as a patient. You're not just a number to them. You're a REAL person. That's with EVERY department. Amazing staff!!

beautiful facility, staff, from clinic manager(evan robinson) to all other staff are the best. i am not a patient but visitor and was blown away at the quality of the facility, treatment options. really nice digs, folks, keep it up, we need more top quality health-care options. Evan is the BEST!!!

I love how respectful, inclusive, and nice the staff are. I feel like my doctor actually cares about my health and well being. I’ve definitely appreciated the wonderful service I’ve gotten during each of my visits.

This place really exemplifies what I adore about this city. It’s a community pillar that has changed my life, and I feel warm and fuzzy ANY time I come here. Who can say that about a doctor’s office??? It’s a dream come true.
